Hi!I’m trying to embed Miro’s board into our platform but we need to abstract about Miro’s session for each user.It’s posible to manage access tokens for team’s users from API and then embed the board by param, so the user has not to login into Miro manually before render the protected board within iframe. Thanks in advance.

Looks like I should be able to layer frames, however there is no way for me to change the order of the layers as I would with other objects by using the “move to front” or “move to back” commands. Apparently, this depends on the order of creation.Am I missing something? Advice on how to work around this? Can you add this feature?

Many thanks for that feature.Question: Is there any way to set up an "automatic delete"? Like a specific time or after a period of time everything is deleted and you have a “new” blank canvas? Many thanks in advance  

When i paste an image or object or text from powerpoint into miro it is so small i cannot find where it was pasted.  Only be accident when searching around i can find it.  how can ensure the size of my pasted object is large enough to see and how can i pick a spot for it to be pasted?

Hello, I’d like to do a circular/curved arrow? Is there a way to do this? (Arrow head circles back to the start of the arrow, showing a circular process) 

I am creating a State Chart, and some of the activities does not change the state, so it will just loop to itself. How do I do this in Miro? It seems I can only attach either end of the connection line to a shape, but not both. 

I am new to Miro and I accidentally deleted a board.  I am on the free version.  Is there anyway for me to recover this board?

I’m one of four Company Admins of our Miro instance. I’m trying to install an app but get a message saying that it hasn’t been approved by our Company Admin.Error message​​​​​ I’m not getting any notification to approve the install. Suggestions welcome

Forgive me if something is not entirely clear, I am a Russian-speaking user.I want to know how can I implement a method to move an object up or down in layers?It's quite easy to do it on the board - just select an object, press the ellipsis - brintg to front or Sent to back.How can this be done through the API?Unfortunately I am not at all familiar with API Miro, but I have experience in this area, so I think I can get an authentication token and connect to my board. What's next?Can you provide links to the required documentation? (I work in Python)Thanks.

Hi all — please help a newbie! For a new project I’m using a lot of sticky notes. It’s an idea board so stickies get added on a whim, and usually on the mobile app.Problem: the initial zoom-in when placing a sticky is frustrating for a couple reasons:It zooms in way too far on mobile, making it very hard to read the text  Because it’s zoomed in so far, you end up having to resize the sticky note — meaning all our notes are different sizes.  Optimally we could just turn off that initial zoom — is there any way to change this behavior? Thanks,Ryan

I was working with a student and my pointer was not showing up.  We tried everything but nothing helped. Maybe is it some technical issue?

I am testing the Consultant plan (monthly). It says that I am paying for 1 seat. With the Consultant plan, I have unlimited teams. I added another team. No problem. I just tried to add a third team and it sent me to this (image below):  These are my teams on the left side of the screen. I just assumed I could add another team via the plus (+) sign. Nope. What am I doing wrong? Why is this difficult? It says I have two members. I am a solo worker and I want to have unlimited teams. There is no other member. Edit: I just deleted the 2nd team so I can hopefully start fresh.  

Hello! I was versed in the API by following this documentation:I was able to build my development team and my floating decal board. However, I noticed that you cannot go to your main profile (which I work on) and connect the API to it. In the settings of your profile, when creating your application, you can select only the team profile, but you cannot choose your own.What does it mean? Can't I use the API on my board?

Hi We’ve created a really complex user journey out of stickies with connecting arrows to show all of the ways the different stages can connect, depinding on the actions a user takes. There are TONS of connecting arrows and it’s making it really hard to see what’s what.Is there any way to click on an individual sticky and have just the connecting lines that relate to it stand out or get higlighted in any way so they’re more visible within the mess? We’d like to use this for a stakeholder playback session but it’s too hard to navigate at the moment.I’m basically looking for something similar to the way that Kumi helps you highlight individual connections in complex maps https://kumu.io/TeamReOps/what-is-researchops#wiro-workshops/framework-for-research-cadence 

Last few days when you try to change your plan it shows a screen with no ‘action buttons’. So you can’t change your plan or upgrade or do anything else in the billing area around plan modification. I’ve tried with different browsers - so not a browser cache etc issue. Sent a support request/ but no answer as yet.

I was using Miro without issue for a week and as of a few days ago I am unable to add any images to my board. Some images won’t upload at all while others seem to load to 50% and then just stop. Help! I have a presentation in a couple of days.

HII would like to know if I can embed a Miro Board into a Google Site with the viewer having the ability to only view or navigate the board.It seems like this feature is only available on the enterprise option but I don't have that scale of application that justify a costly subscription.I assume enterprise is the most expensive subscription? Can I have this feature with any of the other subscriptions?Best Regards

Hi, I have the consultant plan and created a board but my customers cannot open the board although it is shared via link in edit mode just like miro explains it. One colleague of mine can enter but no costumer. costumer also tried deleting cookies and using chrome via incognito mode. does not help. any ideas? thanks in advance

Hi I was looking for a solution to de-select currently selected widgets on the whiteboard here https://developers.miro.com/docs/interface-iboardwidgetscommands but couldn’t find a solution. I’m using a widget attribute of clientVisible: false . After I overwrtite a widget with this attribute it becomes invisible on the whiteboard but still can be manipulated with as it stays selected hence even while in clientVisible : false state the user is able to move it around, I would like to perform a de-select method after the clientVisible change, so that the user would either have to make the widget visible again to move it around or not be able to move it while it is invisible
