Hi 
I have a few roles in my team, and had some questions. 
I have: 
Team admin 
Member 
non-team user 

1. My questions is: who do I pay for? admins and members ? is the “non-team user” leftover from my previous free plan?

As you are on a paid plan, ANY “named” user with edit access will be a paid user.
