 Does Miro have the capability of adding a column of numbers at all?

Hi, I am Nandagopal from India - just started tinkering with Miro today - Could someone share a tutorial link or video for using Storyboard feature

Guys, I need your help.I have read several articles here on the board and some miro pricing explainer and I’m still confused about these two licences. So let me ask you a simple question: How do I invite say 10 people to one particular board for just a few hours meeting and NOT have to pay for these people? I’m on a Consultant Team (2 seats).   

Help needed, please. I noticed that a phrase/words from my Mind Map, not linked to any node, can’t me moved or deleted. What do I do? I don’t remember locking it, and I can’t seem to unlock it either. Nothing appears when I click on it. 

I have a free account now with 1 team. One team member wants to create his own free account, using the same email. Is it possible? When he tries he gets a message that he is already registered.

Hi! I want to know if it’s possible to share a projects with to differents accounts and billing.  e.g. I have an account, and the provider with I work have your own account with his team, and we need to work together in a specific project, but keeping our billing and same the provider.  Thanks!

I’ve been using Miro for about 6 months now and I’ve always had this notebook-like squared layout/background, which is now missing. I have just a grey background and no squares. It makes it really uncomfortable to align all the pics and slides. I would really appreciate if you could point out what I maybe accidentally clicked so it disappeared, or what I can do to get those squares back!)

Free version doesn't allow me to have more than 4 users and now my board is VIEW ONLY MODE I am using the web version of MIRO and I read that users are unlimited, what is limited is the amount of boards. I only have one board, I created 4 users and now no one can edit neither me. 

We are building a project from scratch as a two person team and as you can guess we don't have a stable company yet so the free plan is great for us to start with. I am a bit confused about the board privacy in a free plan though, that is even after extensively searching and reading the help documents provided.If you can please provide a firm answer of who can see the information on our boards in a free account? Is the information on the boards publically/guest accesable?

I placed icons on one of my images that was uploaded by me and when I TRIED TO MOVE THAT IMAGE, ICONS DIDNT MOVE!!!!!!!!  Can someone plz give their expert opinion that what can I do to have the icons there only

Hi, a friend invited me to a board to help her on a project. She created it within her employer’s pre-existing Team. Now I’d like to get my own account but I can’t extricate my log-in from her team. HELP! Thanks! 

I am confused about Free Plan features in terms of ability of viewers/guests to edit my board.I understand that under the Free Plan, I have the ability to edit 3 boards.I understand that I can invite people to view those 3 editable boards.But, can those invitees edit (meaning adding stickies, for example) to those boards?In my view, adding stickies to an existing board is not exactly editing, but I guess that is Miro’s definition.Can someone help?  thx

Cannot see board of another company/team I was invited to view.clicking the link in the email, i always end up in our own team environment and have no clue how to get to the other board.  

I have a board with multiple frames. I have copied a frame from another board but need to make it larger to work with the current board (i.e. text and shapes bigger and arrows thicker). Is it possible to do this in a simple step?The only way I can do it at the moment is to select every single item individually and then scale!  This takes an age as there is no way to select multiple items at once! Thanks

I am using the new prototype feature where I create device frames. However, when I export, the frame is removed and only leaves the content inside. This is messy as it’s not cropped. Is there a setting I am missing?

Hi,As a board fills up with stickies, etc, is it possible to move/drag the board so that I find a section with empty space to work in?I see that I can zoom out, but I don’t see a way to zoom in on empty spaces.Thanks!Willem.

Hi, I am on a consultant plan and cannot seem to be able add a team for one of our new clients. We only have 3 teams on their currently, so we are not at the limit. Help???

When i uploade an excel spreadsheet, either by dragging and dropping or using the upload function, it appears to start loading onto the miro board and then it simply goes white. However i can then use the download function and it extracts the spreadsheet from Miro.  I want to be able to view and work on the spreadsheet in Miro, is this possible? Many thanks J 

Hi I am trying to figure out how to copy content from one account to another and copy boards from one account to another. when I am on the ipad the copy and paste command C does not seem to work between the two. I have one person account and one private account - each with a separate e-mail and login.  

I changed my toolbar when using the web app on my laptop but the changes were not reflected the following day when I logged in on my desktop - although all the changes I made to my boards were there!  The day after that the toolbar changes were also not on my laptop although once again the board changes were. Anyone else experienced this? How can I make sure changes made on the toolbar on one device are saved to my profile - or is this a glitch? 

Hello,I’m trying to move from a 10 member consultant plan to only one member. I have deleted all the people in the team, so now there is only me as a team member. But I still get the message about team size below.  Any idea how to get around this issue?

Hi-I work for an agency and own a free account that we were planning to use internally to sell in why we need a paid version of the account. However, a large number of users from a different office and team that operate with different budgets (we share a name, but are really separate companies). But they joined my Miro account and now I can’t use it. Is there a way to move those users and boards to a separate account/team?

Hello! I like to know if there is a possibility for participants to vote, without the limitations of time. So I want to keep my Miroboard open for days, and let participants vote. Tips anyone?  

Hi, I am really liking Miro. I use a whiteboard open source software called OpenBoard now and then. Although its not as polished as Miro, it has some great features, I would go as far as awesome for an open source project. However, I really like Miro and I am beginning to make it my main Whiteboard software. I am on the free plan at the moment and I am intetested in upgrading.OpenBoard has this feature which allow you to annotate or draw on your desktop or any open application or even the desktop as you can see here: https://www.screencast.com/t/vTqfdrKPhI want to know if Miro has this feature? As I am still learning to use Miro I thought its possible Miro has it and I just need to figure out how to do it.
