Hello Friends! I’m using Miro to collaborate wtih my clients on a free account. They typically set up a board and invite me to join. This works fine. Unfortunately, I now have so many teams I’m a part of and when I want to find my template boards I can’t seem to find the team and boards that I’m an owner of. When I search, Miro only allows me to search by team and I don’t recognize any of the team where my template boards are located. Any ideas?

I applied for an educational account and immediately received an e-mail that said “You have been granted an Educational account an Miro”. However, when I log in to it, it does not seem to differ from a free account. It only allows me three editable boards, but as I understand, an educational account should have an unlimited number of editable boards.Is there some delay between the e-mail and the actual activation of the educational account? If yes, how long does it take?If no, what do I have to do to make my educational account work?

I’m experiencing a weird bug where when I move tickets/epics across columns in jira planner, they disappear on miro board (but they are correctly updated on Jira). I have to recreate the board to show them again. Is there a way to fix this? This makes the jira planner feature not usable for my use case  

I’ve been working on a whiteboard for the past few hours without logging in, so I decided to log into my account to save it for later. However, when I went to search for the board, it had completely disappeared. It’s not in my saved boards nor in the trash. I even tried logging out and accessing Miro without logging in, but I still can’t find the board. It would be really important for me to access that board again.

We always set board thumbnails from an area of the board but this option no longer exists. I’m trying to do this from within the board but it looks like this:  tried also different browsers and PC. Always the same. What can we do?

I am a teacher, and we are trying to use Miro for a semester-long collaborative creative project - not just a one-off brainstorm as I’ve used it in class before. I would love to be able to figure out which notes were added when, and be able to illuminate by week the additions from that week. Like lighting up where we started, which ideas were added in the next phase, and the next phase, etc. Without starting new boards, and being able to keep the cumulative ideation in spatial relationship to each other on the board. Does this feature exist? Or is there a way to approximate it? Thank you for any advice or tips!

Hi there, my friend needs to transfer Jamboards before they end, so I recommended Miro as I love using it. However, we have hit a glitch along the way. I can select the option from the dashboard (Import Board - Import from Jamboard ), but then I am stopped by a  pop up window saying:“This app is blockedThis app tried to get sensitive data in your Google account. For security reasons, we have blocked access to it.”Any ideas where to unblock it? Thank you!

Hi all, As I’m having trouble finding where to report an error in a Miro Academy course, I’m posting it here.I just completed the Technical Diagramming course, and I noticed in the answers that there’s an error there. I marked the correct answer (3rd) and also the feedback indicates that should be the answer. However, the Quiz shows that another answer (1st) is the correct one (which is in fact an incorrect answer). Where to report this?

App Installation Across Teams: When I share the installation link for my app with a client, they are required to select which team the app will be installed in.    Is there any way to modify this process so the app can be installed globally across all teams in the  client’s organization?2. Collaborating with Clients on Different Plans: My company is on the Enterprise plan, and I understand that collaboration is possible with clients who are also on the Enterprise plan.    Are there any limitations or blockers I should be aware of if I want to collaborate with clients using Free or Business plans?3. Administrative Tools: Apart from the Miro App Workflow, does Miro provide any additional administrative tools that can be used to manage apps or permissions more efficiently?Thanks in advance!

Hi all, I am new in using this product.I created an account after opening a colleague board. After creating, I cannot see the board link in my dashboard.Initially, it was there but it dissapered after refreshing. Even the UI of the dashboard was different too. Please assist. Hello everyone!I have a question regarding Miro's Enterprise plans.Our company has an Enterprise plan in Miro, and we're developing an app that we share with our clients. According to the Miro documentation, having an Enterprise plan allows us to use endpoints like this one to fetch a list of teams:Miro API: Enterprise Get Teams: https://developers.miro.com/reference/enterprise-get-teamsIf our clients, who do not have Enterprise plans, install our app on their accounts, will we still be able to fetch their teams, or do both parties (our company and the client) need to have Enterprise plans for this functionality? 

I want to integrate miro with ms teams. ho wis it possible ?  

Dear Community,Three days ago my boards stopped loading. Loading the dashboard is ok, but when I click on a board I get the Miro logo on hard rotation and nothing loads. I have tried trouble shooting inc clearing my browsing cache but no luck. For what it is worth I notice my three boards are greyed out on the dashboard page. This could be a coincidence.Hope someone can help.Lex

None of the boards that I had starred are available to access or view. What happened? How can I reinstated access. I attended multiple workshops through 2023 and 2024 however now all of the content is gone.

There have been many instances of Ctrl+v leading to the “Sorry, this file type is not supported” message. But when manually clicking the paste button after right click it does work so the file type is clearly not the problem. For some reason when clicking paste from the right-click menu it gives this additional button with paste again. Whatever this is needs to preferably get automated or at least also become a thing for using the Ctrl+v shortcut.This has happened for plenty of things but for replication purposes one example is .webp images.

How do I bulk invite members to a team. I have a list of email adresses in excel.

I am using the free account and created a team to share with a few colleagues. All the boards show me (not the team) as the owner, and I believe they were all created before I set up the team.I’d like to upgrade my account without paying to upgrade every team member. My plan is to delete the team and just share the individual boards with my colleagues who have their own free accounts. I found out how to delete the team, but I see the following warning:“By leaving the team, you will lose access to all its boards.Deleting the team will irreversibly remove all its boards and disband users.”I want to make sure these boards don’t get deleted. How do I tell if the boards are part of the team versus my own account? I see that boards can be exported, but I don’t have the ability to do that with my free account. Any advice on how to proceed is appreciated. It’s annoying that Miro doesn’t make this easier, since I’m actually trying to get a paid license.

How do I add a private template to the tool list?

I’m on the free plan and had multiple boards in my account - owned by myself and others, haven’t touched them in a month and they’re all gone now. Think there were only 3 editable boards and others in read-only. Can’t afford to lose a few of those. What are my options to have them recovered?
