Hi,We have new offshore team members that are trying to sign up for Miro. They are not receiving the 6 digit confirmation code. Is there anything that can be done to help facilitate this?

Hello, community!I’m currently working with board items using the`GET https://api.miro.com/v2/boards/{board_id}/items` endpointand am wondering if there’s a query parameter available to sort these items by group (using the group ID). Sorting by group would be incredibly helpful for my use case, as the `Get groups` endpoint doesn’t quite meet my needs.Thanks in advance for any insights!Vas

HelloI would like to install app to all team members. I know that for business and enterprise plans I can use team admin and org admin. How to achieve this with starter plan? If I will receive content for my app from each user then I will have many tokens to handle which is unacceptable.I need API access to private boards of members in each plan - how should I do this?

If I am zoomed out using “fit to screen” so I can see all of the frames on my board, is there a way to zoom IN to a specific area or section of a frame (or anywhere, really), instead of just zooming in, and then moving around to the spot I want to get to?In other apps, this is usually done by grabbing a magnifying glass tool and then outlining the area you want to go to, and you jump right there.Thanks.

HiMy app will use enterprise APII wonder how should I refer to particular team in my requests if my app will be installed for whole organization. For example I would like to list boards of each team.Can I use team id’s listed with GET /teams to dynamically change the team I need to refer to?

When I right click and hold with my mouse to drag the board / canvas around, the board keeps closing.  It doesn’t happen every time, but at least 50% of the time.  And it’s really annoying.My preferences are set for Mouse.How can I avoid this?Thanks.

HelloI would like to become ISV for customers of Miro. I would like to use API endpoints available only for enterprise plan. As far as I understand both me and customer must have enterprise plan purchased to be able to authorize my app. I don’t have 30 people in my org, what should I do then? Which plan should I purchase for full API fuctionality?Can I avoid using credit card which can expire and pay with invoice? I want to have bulletproof app with full API support.As far as I understand Miro approval is needed only to appear in marketplace, but my clients can use my app if it’s not published to marketplace, right?BRLiquidus

Hi, I've tried the 'Share as presentation' export method in Miro.My question is, what is the function of the 'Copy link' button?I clicked it and received different links for each frame, but they still direct me to the first frame. I was really hoping it would take me directly to a specific frame.

The web clipper extension is the number one tool I use and it doesn’t work anymore. Please fix ASAP.  I get this error on both Chrome & Brave browsers. I am logged in to my active miro account.  

Even if I add a Star to a board for a project I'm not a member of, I can't find it in the latest version of Miro.In previous versions, I could find it in the Star List.Is there any way to find it?

I’d like to move an object from one board to another. I can select the object and choose copy from the menu. But for the life of me I can’t find a way to paste once I am on that other board.

What are the limitations on the use of exported images of the boards I create on a free account? The policy is vague, in my interpretation, on this; it says something about for internal use only.For context, I was asked to make a graphic syllabus for a course I teach, and I’d like to actually use the graphic in my introductory presentation and syllabus, but it will be available online to people without an account.This is not a technical question: I have the image of the board exported already and ready to insert into my presentation. It is strictly a legal/policy question.

The email address registered with Miro is no longer valid. Miro will not change my email address, so how can I get a response to any request for help since it gets sent to my registered email address?I started with Miro back when it was RealtimeBoard. My account was registered to my personal email address, When my company started using Miro, I was able to access both accounts (company and personal) with one login. Awhile back I changed the registered Miro email to my work address (at the request of the company’s Miro administrator). It appears that this has confused Miro’s system, as when I try to change the email address back to my gmail account, Miro says that the email address is already in use. When I try to use a different email account, Miro never sends the confirmation email, so it never goes active. How do I get support for this?
