You can still log in to your Miro profile and access your boards without having access to the old email address if you remember the password for your Miro profile. Please note that if your boards are shared with other users, you can ask them to invite your new profile to the boards located in this team. You'll then be able to duplicate the boards and move them to another workspace if needed.
 

Additionally, if some of your boards under the old profile are shared publicly, you can still access them. The board links can be found in the browser history (URL) or email inbox.
