My Miro boards stopped loading in the new UI. It’s stuck on spinning. I have tried the following:Restarting PC Hard refreshing the page Clearing my cookies/cache Log out and log in I can still access individual boards if I just happened to have the link, but I can’t view my dashboard of boards. 

I have used miro for over a year now and over the last two weeks, it’s started to have major lagging issues whenever i am writing. It pauses every 5 seconds or so, and I have to wait until I can write again. I have use the app on iPad and I have uninstalled and redownloaded it and the problem persists. It is apparent on all my boards now. And this is happening only after I purchased a year long subscription, but now the app has become unusable until the lagging improves.

Hello! How on Earth do we change the name of a project? I need to edit all of them so it's too difficult to create a new one, move all 60 boards to the new one, then delete. I really don’t understand why Miro is so restrictive on organizing your content. Its such a basic feature. I love Miro, but this is killing me. Thank you!

Hello,I have been trying to access my google drive from Miro in order to import jamboards. The admin in my school got accepted as educational institution and invited mi to join Miro - I need it to import my jamboards from google drive as they won’t be supported after 1st October. Anyway, the admin installed in our google workspace Miro add on and I can even access it from my work e-mail. However, when I try to connect o my google drive, it shows that "Admin is required to verify Miro" and “I  can’t access this application until the admin in my net sets up the access. Error 400: access_not_configured. My admin claims that he set it all up and still it doesn’t work. And as he is rather a self-taught admin, he does’t know what else to do to help me save my jamboards and unable importing them to Miro. He claims he tried all the instructions available on Miro sites and he just doesn’t know what else he can do. Can you help me?Aga 

Hi, I accidently created a board within a team I was not supposed to be using. I am trying to duplicate it into my account. How can I do that?

When we are creating a space, can we create more than three boards while just being on the free plan?

I have 1 personal board, not private, not a customized template, just a place where I’m keeping notes and persona planning. I upgraded to get high-res export, but no longer need that. If I dowgrade back to the free plan (which was fine for me), do I still have editable access to my board?

THis never used to happen.It’s a huge inconvenience for my clients. Miro seems to say it’s not happening. But it is.Anyone?

I am trying to copy a few images from a miro board (where they are legible) and paste it into another miro board where they are losing resolution (they look blurry). I have checked the zoom issue mentioned in other threads and that is not the problem. Please advise!

Hi everyone,I am using the “App Wireframe” template (see screenshot) for visualizing the screen flow for a new app feature, but when I try to export the screenflow (my board) as a high-resolution JPG to use it in a specification document, the iPhone Mockup templates, means the black frames, are missing.Can anyone help?Thx, Ingo 

I make a board open for public access to editing, it says they don’t have to sign in to edit… but when I share the link, they are forced to sign up for a miro account in order to see the board (the board flashes in front of them before forcing signing up)   am I doing something wrong? I’m in my paid consultant account. I click share. and then I click “anyone with the link can edit” It shows me this, which just isn’t working  

I see from today’s update that Projects are now Spaces.I’m trying to determine whether this change has - deliberately or inadvertently - changed the visibility of boards that are not in projects/spaces. It might just be my bad memory of how things were with Projects though!Before today, I believe that if you created a board that wasn’t in a project, then only you could see it (until you shared it with individuals in the team) and doing a search or viewing all boards didn’t show the boards not in a project.Now with spaces I can filter by ‘boards not in spaces’ and I can see lots of boards I didn’t think I previously had access to.Am I misremembering or do I need to pass this onto our users?

I’m using the bulk endpoint (https://developers.miro.com/reference/get-items) to get specific item type on a board. My first call I use the endpoint with the following params: “?type=sticky_note&limit=50” in order to get the first 50 sticky notes. This works as expected and I get the sticky notes with geometry, data, position, and style.However, when I run the same query but with “?type=shape&limit=50”, I can the same results minus the shape styles. This is annoying since I would have to the re-query (I think) for each shape to the specific shape endpoint (https://developers.miro.com/reference/get-shape-item) to get the styles.I would’ve expected the bulk endpoint to just give them to me.Is there a reason it’s doing this? Am I missing something? 

I used to be able to click on the right hand side of the board and add some notes and links about what was on a board. I can't find this in the new UI. Can anyone help?

Hi,I’ve been trying to get the Education Plan for months. I’ve filled out the form so many times that I lost count and, so far, have not heard anything back from Miro. I work at a university in Brazil (Fundação Getulio Vargas) and have tries to sign up for the Education Plan with my work e-mail address and my personal e-mail address (both Outlook), and had no success with neither.I also see that I can’t contact Miro support directly because I have none of the paid accounts. Can someone, please, help me figure out what the problem is? It is unbelievable that Miro offers a service to education institutions and has the audacity to make us go through unhelpful FAQ pages and community posts instead of having a helpdesk. This problem is affecting my work, I have even tried to solve it with the IT team at FGV, but it clearly is a Miro problem and the steps to fix it are convoluted and inefficient.

I can not edit my board. I am an owner and the only user, the board is not marked as "View Only", but when I open it I can't neither created new text or shape, nor edit any existing. There is no error message or any indication. Just when I double-click on, let's say a text, I can see that for a half of a second the text component changes into editable mode and the resets, component even becomes unselected (this is the state when you left-click on a component once). Re-login did not help. Also, I can edit my another board.... what's going on?

Hello, you have a feature for working with images: match by height or width. But I can’t figure out how this feature works. I have three or more images, the first one is the size I need, and I want to make the rest of the images the same size as the first one. How can I achieve this? Currently, all the images resize, although they align by height or width.

Currently, we have the Draw.IO feature available out-of-the-box in Polarion, but the client prefers Miro. Their requirements are as follows:Engineers will create drawings and templates in Miro. They want to export or move these drawings from Miro to Polarion Live Docs. Double-clicking the drawing image in Polarion Live Docs should redirect to the Miro application.As the Polarion Solution Architect, I am conducting a feasibility study and need access to Miro’s APIs. Based on my research, REST APIs seem suitable for this integration. I have a few questions:Can we access REST APIs on the trial version? Is it possible to access drawings from Miro through REST APIs for use in third-party applications? Hello all,I'm in the process of creating a token for my app and using Postman for testing. You can see the relevant details in the attached screenshots.     When I click "Get New Access Token," my browser opens, and I can see that the authentication for my request is successful.    However, when I'm redirected back to Postman, I encounter the following error:    Am I missing a step or parameter, or doing something wrong? Has anyone else experienced this issue?I would really appreciate any help!Thank you in advance! 

If I delete my profile in one organisation will I lose the boards I have created with the same email address in another organisation?

For some reasons emojis from me are randomly added to both mine and others sticky notes.How can I turn this off?

Can you help me understand something about the Enterprise licensing model, please.If I have understood correctly, only those who create new boards need the Full license of Miro. So why wouldn’t everyone buy just one Full license and make one person (or create some automated flow) to create all the boards and then just add the Free licensed users as editor right members to the board…?  Kindly,Sani B.

Hi,  I had sticky notes clustered in a certain way. I accidentally left aligned all these stickies and it won’t let me undo :( Do you know how to revert back? I checked my history and it only lets me edit the moving of stickies and frames but NOT undo the left align of an entire set of stickies (~100+).
