Hi, I am using a board for collaboration among students for a course I teach and all of the text on all of the sticky notes on the board has disappeared. I saw a few similar posts online and tried opening the board in a new browser, checking with students if they can see that text (they can’t), reviewing version history, and have yet to find a way to get that text back. It is not limited to one particular cluster of sticky notes - all of them have had their text disappear. I am using an Education Plan for Miro so I cannot contact support directly. Any help will be appreciated!

Even with a good connection, it doesn't work, the screen freezes on loading 

I received a bill for 4 seats when I didnt want them… Now i’m trying to change the team size so I dont get scammed again. But the website won’t load it.

I’ve always used the middle button/wheel on my mouse to zoom in and out of boards. With 10 minutes to go before a presentation I’ve discovered it now scrolls up and down the board instead. How do I get back to using it to zoom which is incredibly useful whereas scrolling isn’t?

Hello . I can’t upgrade my miro plan . When I pushed the button “upgrade” everything freezes. I tried to change browser , I tried to log out and log in, I tried to open miro on laptop, another laptop and phone but still it doesn’t work .

Why are the shapes I have entered text into not pulling in when I am exporting to Excel or using AI to create a document. the shapes do not show up as valid objects

Hi, I am trying to share a MiroBoard Diagram view to my Gihub Page website (github.io/….). I can see the Iframe being created on the website but it loads non stop and never show the miro board. The code I am using to show the iframe works locally (in vscode) and I get the following error on the website console:Uncaught DOMException: The operation is insecure. Hello, on a basic swimlane diagram, if I want to use columns to show stages in a flow, how do I create labels for those columns (not the swimlane ones)?

Hi!I had tried out the free business plan, and cancelled it. However, I was on the Student Plan and it has now locked my boards, including all of my team members boards.Every time I try to change the plan and downgrade, it won’t let me. We need our boards urgently for a uni assignment. How can I get back mine and my team members original subscription?

Is it possible to upload a PDF version of a Visio process map into Miro so that the shapes convert to diagramming shapes? I know how to upload a PDF to a Miro board, but I’m wondering if there is functionality to convert that document type to the diagramming shapes (similar to how you can upload an Excel table and paste/convert to sticky notes).

Hello! I am using the Miro app on my iPad. The main dashboard opens normally, but when I try to open any specific board, it does not load — I only see a blank screen (no error message).I have already tried: restarting the app reinstalling the app switching internet connection (Wi-Fi / mobile data) enabling desktop mode / horizontal orientation  But the issue still remains. Could you please help me solve this problem?My device: iPad (write your model if you know it)Miro app version: latest from App Store Thank you!

Hello,In my Miro.com account board names stopped being saved after refreshing the board. After I create a name for the board and refresh it, it turns to be named “Untitled”. I did not have this problem before.

Hi,I can no longer get any icon from the Images & Icons plugin. When using Iconfinder, I can see that the http response is successful, and even get some data but the plugin does not show any of it (follows screenshot): Any ideas on how to solve this issue?

Hey there MiroverseI have an educational licence, which i thought meant it was a full licence. I have recently created a project list and utilising the simaltaneous views. But for some reason, one view, the timeline view, keeps disappearing and when I try to recreate it, the system asks for me to updgrade. Is this a bug or a change in the system. I also realise this is probably two issues lol Any help or guidance would be greatly appreciated 

The entire platform is unusable literally until this is fixed. Can’t open any board

Dear Miro TeamAs many people here, I have the same issue with one of my boards. I use McBook, additionally, I also tried my iPhone and there it doesn’t work too. However, it works with the laptop with Windows. I have no idea, if there’s a connection between these facts, so I need your help.Best regards,Miro user 

I have the free subscription on my iPad and when I open one specific board it will give me a pop up that says ‘connection restored’ and then it gets stuck loading the board. I tried copying the board, but even the copy has the same problem. I tried both of this on the app and then in two different browsers (Ecosia and Safari). I also tried changing WiFi. The board does load on the PC, just not on the iPad. Can someone please help?

One of the boards doesn’t work. I cleaned cash of the browser. It can be opened on the phone but doesn’t work on computer. 

Перестали загружаться доски. Пишет connection restored. И больше ничего не происходит. Как это исправить? 

Добрий день! Не можу завантажити 1 з двох безкоштовних дошок на міро. Звільнила кеш, оплатила більшу памʼять в іcloud, спробувала зайти і з додатка, і з браузера на різних девайсах, дошка не відкривається. Починає завантажуватись і зупиняється на 20% з білим екраном. Що робити?🙈

Upon having several tabs open in the MIRO App, I sometimes get them either disconnected, timed out or whatever - other tabs seem still connected.  I have to close the tab an reopen the board. need help resolving - appreciate any help...

Hello,I was previously working in a shared Miro board without any issues. However, now I cannot access it anymore. Every time I try to open the board, I only see the message “Connection restored” and nothing loads. The issue is not only with one shared board — none of my boards are loading. I also tried logging in with another account, and the boards do not load there either. What I have already tried: cleared cookies and cache; changed browsers (Safari, Chrome); turned VPN on and off; freed up space on my computer; updated my computer to the latest version. The Miro application itself opens, but as soon as I select any board, I only see “Connection restored” and a white screen.Please help me resolve this issue.Thank you!
