"Diagrams not available in your organization yet" error

Since the diagrams display correctly for your colleagues, kindly try the following steps:

1. Clear your cache for Miro and refresh the board.

2. If that doesn’t help, try creating a copy of the board and see if the diagrams display correctly there.

hi eca, thanks for the reply. forgot to mention that i have also tried incognito mode and the issue remains. also duplicating the board didnt make a difference. as mentioned, my colleague with same licence and team as me does not have this issue.

anything else i can try?

It’s likely just a team setting. Admin needs to enable smart diagramming for everyone.

Hello, I recently created a Miro board with two flowcharts without a problem. Today, when I tried to create a third one, suddenly all flowcharts go grey and I get the same error as OP above. Copying the board and clearing cache didn’t help. When I delete the third flowchart, the remaining two are still grey. When I close and reopen the board, all three flowcharts are visible for a few seconds, and then turn grey. Any suggestions on this, please?

EDIT: Turning off VPN seems to have solved the issue...

Check with your IT Network administrator, and ask him to add the next domains:

split.io

*.split.io

I got the same issue, also created a ticket with Miro support (not helpful) and their reply was to check this:

1. Switch to the Miro app if you’re using the web version and vice versa.
2. If you use a VPN, try switching it off/on.
3. Switch to another browser.
4. Test it on a second device.
5. Duplicate the board and see if the issue persists on the copied version

Since I’m using a DNS sinkhole I was able to debug in real time and that’s how I learned that the root cause was that my DNS sinkhole was blocking that domain. So, after adding those domains to the allow list, the issue was cleared up.
