Hi everyone 👋I’d love to learn from how other teams are using Miro in real projects.Sometimes a small workflow change can completely level up collaboration.

When embedding a Miro board in presentation mode, only the first slide/frame is displayed.The navigation arrows work (I can click “next”), but the visible content does not change.I tested: Different browsers (Chrome, Firefox, Safari) Incognito mode Clearing cache and cookies Different boards and embed codes The problem persists everywhere. It worked fine until recently, so it seems to be a new bug in the embed viewer.Is this a known issue, or can you help me fix it?

I need to be able to export my MIRO board for my client as it is used for training. I need it in a frame by frame format, which used to be the export as PDF function. I don’t want it as a single hi-res image PDF. Now whenever I select the “save as PDF” option, it spins as if it’s thinking and then it stops and asks again in a perpetual loop. I tried both the app and the browser version. I also tried different browsers. This feature is broken. Please fix.

Hello, I foolishly inserted a large excel table into a board. Now the board is completely frozen. I’d love to delete the table so I can move on, but the board is not responding.I’d love to save my board, it has a lot of information on it.Any suggestions appreciated!

Hello, we try to buy subscription, but receive error message: "Declined by bank.." We dont see any orders at account, how get any details about cancelation?

Hi everyone,I have a problem with one of my boards — only a small part of it loads (some tables and notes), but most of the content, including images and frames, doesn’t appear at all. It looks like the board is loading partially, and the rest just never shows up.I’m listed as an editor and haven’t deleted anything. The same issue happens both in the browser and in the mobile app. I also tried duplicating the board, using incognito mode, and waiting several minutes, but nothing changes.Could someone from the Miro team please check if this could be a sync or data issue on your side? Hello Someone created a diagram from a group of items in a Miro board. Now I can see that menu instead of my usual frame title, leading to several usage/support problems:Problem: I cannot find the way to delete this diagram frame.When trying to do it by simply selecting the diagram frame (around the group of items)>clicking on the three dots>"Delete, I get the error "You can't delete parent node, when child nodes are in editing mode”. There is no “node” configured per se. Just someone that misclicked on the “create a diagram” button on the grouped items.People are using the Miro board at the time I am trying, but others parts of it, not the grouped items concerned here by the diagram.How can I delete this diagram thing now?I cannot ask the diagram creator to just CTRL+Z as it has been some time and many changes/actions have been done since then then. Thank you in advance for your help

Hi, My Miro Education Plan is expiring, and the renewal link provided to me is unfortunately not working. I am still an eligible student and need to renew my plan.

I asked for a cancellation and now my card has been tried about 10 to 15 times for payment after I asked for it and spoke with Jazz from support who will now not answer me at all. Is it normal to have people cancel and then try to bill them repreadedly?

I have an education plan, I have been using it since September 2024, for the last few weeks, I have an annoying bug where some of my boards sometimes ask me to pay to use the connecting lines?Some days it lets me use arrows/connecting lines, other days it does not - I cannot see anywhere in the Miro support pages or pricing plans that the education plan does not include arrows or connecting lines. All of my coursemates do not have this issue, and are also on Education Plans?See photos - The blue circle with the lighting bolt is where you usually draw a connecting line to it, but when clicking it asks me to pay $20   Here is what it looks like on other boards, where I can make connecting lines: 

I got an email for my education Miro account to renew the account for the next year. However when I click on the given link, I get an error message. Then the website redirects me to the homepage of the miro website.  My account needs to be renewed before 31-10. Can someonebody please help me? I don't want to lose all my boards… Norah

How to change permissions for my second device(not account)

Miro appears to be charging me repeatedly for a service I don’t have.  I do not have a paid subscription, and I get billed  $21.78 and can’t get them to stop.  It’s bizarre because it doesn’t match any plan, and when I go into my free subscription, it says it’s free, and wont even show me billing options to refute.it’s gotten to over $100 at this point.  HELP!

Hi,I’m aware you can silently add users to a team via SCIM provisioning as per:https://community.miro.com/ask-the-community-45/adding-users-to-team-without-notification-10708?tid=10708&fid=45Is there any other way to do this? It’s been a couple of years and I suspect others would benefit from this functionality. For us, as a Higher Education organisation: It would be valuable for us as to not overload new students with team invitation emails when they join us.

I can copy a style but ctl+v does not work and the “paste style” option is missing from the menu.Please help! 

When pasting text with a link into a Miro board, the link gets stripped leaving only plain text in Edge.  Pasting the same text into other programs preserves the links, so not sure what is going on here. Any idea what’s going on here?

Hi,I love the way you can present to customer and colleagues the power of Miro. What I am missing is the opportunity to create boards with pages aligned to the corporate design template e.g, used in Google presentations. It something like this possible?Otherwise I am ending up in copying screenshots into Miro. But maybe the answer is: Do slides in Pptx/gSlides - but just don’t want to miss out any tweaks & twist I should know.Thanks for your help!Crissi

When on a timeline view and scrolling to the right, the Milestone marker moves. Example below.  This is correct view, with Sprint 22 occurring in November. This is after scrolling to the right. Sprint 22 moves all the way back to late October.
