Possible to assign a co-owner to a Space, making them co-owner of all boards?

While it is possible to give a member Co-owner privileges for a Space (e.g., so they can add other members), adding a member as a co-owner only gives that member editor privileges to all child content and will not update their board-level role to Co-owner.
