We are the development team at ONLYOFFICE, and we submitted our app for Miro on November 18, 2025.
According to the Miro documentation, submitting an app for review should trigger the creation of a Jira ticket by the Miro Platform team to track the review process. However, we have not received any notification (via email or otherwise) regarding the creation of a Jira ticket.
Unfortunately, we couldn’t find a direct way to contact the Miro Platform team, so we’re reaching out here for assistance.
Could you please guide us on how to get in touch with the Miro Platform team or help us understand why we haven’t been assigned a Jira ticket yet?
