Bug: Mermaid Diagrams render incorrectly (invisible text)

Mermaid ER diagram preview looks fine. Once rendered and added to the chart as an SVG, miro overrides the background of tables to be the same as the text colour, making the text invisible. It can’t  be fixed with styling in the code, as it’s overridden during rendering.

Hi Luke,

That sounds like a rendering conflict during the SVG export step, where the platform applies its own styles and overrides Mermaid’s defaults. I’ve seen similar issues when tools reprocess SVGs and force background/text colors during rendering. In cases like this, checking how other visual rendering tools handle SVG output can sometimes help identify whether the issue is with the renderer or the post-processing layer.

Hopefully this gets addressed on the rendering side, since overriding styles at that stage makes it hard to fix via code alone.
