My name is Khrystyna, and I’m an ESL teacher based in Ukraine. I actively use Miro as a visual and interactive tool for teaching and lesson planning.
I recently learned that Miro provides free access to premium features for users in Ukraine. I have been using the free access to your platform, and it has been extremely helpful for presenting information to my students. Unfortunately, due to financial hardship caused by the war, it is currently very difficult for me to afford a paid subscription.
Because of the ongoing war in Ukraine, some of my students have been forced to flee abroad, while others remain in Ukraine under very difficult circumstances. I teach English to help them communicate with the world, integrate more easily into new countries, and share their experiences with international communities.
I am writing to kindly ask whether there is any possibility of receiving free or supported access to Miro’s paid features for educational purposes. I would be very grateful for the opportunity to continue using your platform to support Ukrainian students’ education, well-being, and ability to communicate globally during this challenging time.
I would be happy to provide any additional information or verification if needed.
