Hello Miro Support Team,I am writing to ask whether Miro offers any special programs for educators from Ukraine.Thank you in advance for your support and for any information you can share.

Hello! I'm an English teacher and have been using your board for some time. The problem is that yesterday I decided to share the link to my board to all my students, giving them access only to view the board. Having used the link myself, I found myself on Miro, yet it'd been doubled this time. Now the other board appears every now and then, yet while entering Miro it isn't there for some time until I open my board. (video 1) I now have two seemingly identical boards and can't modify one. If I decide to change anything in one, the other automatically changes the very same thing. (video 2) Please what should I do to solve an issue? How can I get rid of the unnecessary board? And does deleting the one which I don't need entail automatic deletion of the other? 

Hi!We are the development team at ONLYOFFICE, and we submitted our app for Miro on November 18, 2025.According to the Miro documentation, submitting an app for review should trigger the creation of a Jira ticket by the Miro Platform team to track the review process. However, we have not received any notification (via email or otherwise) regarding the creation of a Jira ticket.Unfortunately, we couldn’t find a direct way to contact the Miro Platform team, so we’re reaching out here for assistance.Could you please guide us on how to get in touch with the Miro Platform team or help us understand why we haven’t been assigned a Jira ticket yet?

Where did all the normal icons go???Have you taken away functionality from users again?Previously, I added icons from the "Pictures and Icons" section to the board.https://prnt.sc/mByDbL6NUwPQNow that section contains absolutely terrible icons, and there are very few of them.How to restore search of normal icons. 

A few days ago I created a Miro board and now when I open it the text on the sticky notes is invisible.  Yesterday I found that if I select the text I can see it and if I make it BOLD it stays.  Today it has gone again, but by selecting the text and making it not bold it remains again.  With so many sticky notes to manipulate each time I use the board this is not a solution I can work with

Annoying PopupIs there a way to disable this popup? It pops up when clicking on the lightning bolt on our board. However, the button sometimes is covering items we need to move causing this popup. I have searched settings endlessly. We have zero interest in this plan the popup keeps pushing. - it is currently become such an annoyance that my team is asking me to find a different software for prototyping. They say it is decreasing productivity.  

I just created a new free plan. I’m trying to use Miro AI, but everything is greyed out. The plan says that I have 10 AI credits per month on a free plan. The bot told me that I have to enable them, but can’t do that on my own, but also can’t create a help ticket on a free plan….. How do I get access to my 10 credits?

Hello, I'm experiencing a critical issue with one of my boards where all text content has completely disappeared from every element on the board.Issue Details:All text in shapes, sticky notes, text boxes, and other elements is now blank/empty This affects the entire board - no text is visible anywhere The elements themselves are still present and positioned correctly I can add new text to existing elements, but all previous content is gone This is NOT a loading/rendering issue - I've verified across multiple sessionsTroubleshooting Already Attempted:Refreshed the page multiple times Tried different browsers (Chrome, Firefox, Safari) Cleared browser cache and cookies Tested from different devices Verified with other team members - they also see empty elements Checked from different user accounts - same issue persist  

Is it possible to create a branching scenario that has depth rather than being flat, such that as you zoom in you see more detail (which is possible currently) but you can also see the branches/lines joining the bigger idea to the smaller idea and “follow the lines” to greater depth? It’s like a flat branching scenario but viewed “on its side”.Using an education context, let’s say I have a summative assessment “Essay” at the top level, then I want branches that show how that summative assessment links to formative assessments at the next level, which has branches joining to learning activities at the next level, which has branches joining to learning resources at the bottom level.All the levels fit visually within the top level but as I zoom in the lower levels become more visible and I can zoom along a particular path to reveal more levels. Hope that makes sense. I can’t find a visualisation of it on Google images.

I tried to upload a PDF to my Miro’s board but when I do it, it doesn’t appear! The document seems to be uploaded but I can’t find it. I don’t know what to do.

Hi,I've used mermaid before and made some charts. Now I want to edit some of these charts but I cannot add mermaid back to my toolbar. It seems to be added (when I hit run in marketplace for mermaid it siad app added), but I cannot find it anywhere. Not in the lists, not when I search for it.Anyone have any suggestions?Thanks! Marco

Mermaid ER diagram preview looks fine. Once rendered and added to the chart as an SVG, miro overrides the background of tables to be the same as the text colour, making the text invisible. It can’t  be fixed with styling in the code, as it’s overridden during rendering.

Every time I create a new board I get this dialog.  I never want it but I still need to click to dismiss it.Once I start making frames, I get a series of tooltips mentioning “what’s new” and “moving board to a space” and whatnot.  Again, things I never want to do.  I’ve seen and dismissed them all a zillion times and yet they keep coming _every_ _single_ _time_.Please, please make it stop.

Hi. I have a Kanban / Table I am using to track investigation cases. I have one field in my table which is HR lead (Person or Assignee I have tried both). I want to have the team members listed so who ever is assigned can be dragged and dropped to the Case (card). I have added the People Widget, but when I drag and drop a team member, it just produces an avatar image over the top of the Kanban, instead of adding the person as an assignee or person to my card. Any ideas? James

HI all, I am really keen to use Miro for Case Management. I am a HR manager, and want to be able to track investigation cases my team deal with.For example Disciplinary. Each case would have a record, and a neat way of logging basic case details, tracking case notes during the process, reflected each stage of the process, e.g Preliminary Investigation, Disciplinary Hearing, Appeal. Would also be great to have a timeline view of each case if I wanted to do this.Anyone have any experience with using Miro for this type of case management? 

When I create boards for training, I lock absolutely everything that I don’t want participants to move, because it often happens that new Miro users will accidently move something, and then be completely distracted when they try to figure out how to undo what they did my mistake. My boards can also have a lot of content. I create backgrounds that I lock and put movable items on top of them. Many of you do the same.Locking things and then unlocking them again to modify, rearrange, or adjust them takes a lot of time. It’s not effective to drag-select multiple items to lock them when you have many things mixed in that you don’t want to move. And I want to lock the frames too, of course.Another difficulty with locking and unlocking many items in a bulk lock is when I might want to unlock and adjust only a few items leaving most of the board safely locked. So I end up Shift-clicking on dozens of objects to lock them, in batches or at once.Has anyone discovered any tricks or best practices f
