I am an employee and have a business-account with my company. It worked for months.

Suddenly I am downgraded to a free-account and do not find a way to fix it. My boss checked my account in his enterprise. I am listed as employee as usual.

So I am looking for someone who can help to fix that problem, so I can log in again.

Hi ​@thomas.beyeler thanks for reaching out! It is possible that you are a member of two or more organizations under different plans. It is possible that when you open your dashboard, you are currently in the Free team workspace. Kindly try to switch between teams and see if your team under a business plan is found.
