Images suddenly don’t load onto the board. They are PNG images and not big in file size. If I batch upload images, only a few will actually load up. Extremely frustrating.

Sorry to hear you are having problems. I just tried a batch upload on my Mac of around 15 pngs at once, into both my Chrome Browser and the Miro app, by selecting the files in Mac Finder and then just dragging them onto the board. Worked without a hitch - no issues.
Only thing I might suggest is the usual when strange things happen: do a hard-reload (Miro caches stuff and it can get messed up, I think in Mac Chrome it is CMD-R) and try on a different browser.
