I accidentally upgraded to the Business plan while I actually intended to choose the Starter plan. The payment has already been charged from my account, but I noticed immediately afterwards that I selected the wrong subscription.
I would like to ask if it is possible to change my subscription from Business to Starter and, if possible, receive a refund or partial refund for the difference. The upgrade was not intentional and I realized the mistake right away.
