loading the board is not possible

I need to formally raise my frustration regarding the ongoing issue with Miro boards not loading properly.

This has become extremely disruptive to my work. I rely on Miro daily for planning, architecture design, and collaborative workshops — and having boards freeze, lag, or fail to load altogether is simply unacceptable. I’ve lost valuable time waiting for boards to open, refreshing repeatedly, and in some cases being unable to access critical content during live sessions.

What makes this more frustrating is that this is not a one-time incident — it’s recurring. When you’re in the middle of delivering work or presenting to stakeholders, and the board refuses to load, it reflects poorly on us and completely breaks the workflow. 

i tried mor than one solution, i tried incognito mode, i tried more than 2 browsers, i tried the local app, i tried to duplicate the board and even the one i duplicated it cant load, i tried to wipe the site data, i tried to test the websocket and the webassemply and all of them are working will, i tried every solution , how do you expect me to take one of your plans when the free one is not efficient

?? 
please, support me on this at least let me take my work that i have been working on for weeks!!

  • The board URL(s)

  • Your browser + version

  • Your OS

  • The last time this occurred (with timezone)

Even on a Free plan, you should be able to access your boards — we’ll work to get this resolved and your content accessible as soon as possible.
