Is it possible to get access to the Miro prototype functionality when on an education licence?

Hi ​@Monty Dawson thanks for reaching out! Currently, prototyping is available as an add-on for self-serve plans like Starter and Business plans. If you wish to make this available in Education plans as well, you may submit your idea to the Wish List post.
