When grouping several postits according to their tags, I cannot undo the grouping in one step. Instead I have to delete every group’s frame manually.  So, how do I delete the groups so the post-its are “loose” again?  Thanks.

Hey! I have been using miro for diagrams for a long time. Particularly this shapeAs you can see something wrong occured to the formatting. I used it for diagrams about a month ago and it was alright. But now as i open miro all of my diagrams look like this.Now if you create this shape it allows you only a small text in the top part and if you increase its size it becomes covered by empty white space below. Can you please fix this issue?

Hi, BackgroundI am using Jira ‘Planner’ & trying to sync this tool with Jira.  IssueWhen I select the “Sync with Jira” button, I see the below error message.  The impact is that I am not able to sync the Planner tool with Jira, hence I am not able to view Jira cards using the Planner tool.  According to my ‘Apps & Integrations’, it shows Jira is connected to my account. ​​​I have tried disconnecting Jira and then reconnecting Jira again, but it does not fix the issue.Are you able to please help me to understand what I can do to resolve this issue?ThanksCraig

Hi Miro Team,I am reaching out regarding a critical issue with one of my boards. While attempting to use the new AI Timeline feature, the board became completely unresponsive and has remained stuck in a "loading" or "frozen" state ever since.Issue Description: I initiated the Timeline tool and provided the requested details in the chat session. Once I clicked "OK" and the generation process began, the board crashed. Now, whenever I attempt to open this specific board, it freezes immediately.Troubleshooting already performed: Cleared browser cache and cookies. Attempted access via Incognito/Private mode. Attempted access via the Miro Desktop App and the Mobile App. Verified that other boards are working correctly (the issue is isolated to this specific board). Duplicated the board and tried, new board also getting stuck This board contains over a month of critical work. It appears the AI-generated object has caused a rendering loop that prevents the board from loading.Request: C

Hi,i am not able to upgrade to the starter plan. I have tried multiple cards, the desktop app, browsers, incognito windows. I am trying to upgrade to a monthly starter plan, but the ‘review order’ button remains inactive. Great, then you take a look at CarbonCopy on the miro marketplace.This version builds on the learnings from the previous version of CarbonCopy.I have isolated the functionality of CarbonCopy from miro’s features. It means a small lag using miro features is removed. CarbonCopy is more closely aligned to miro’s guidelines on apps. Less cost of change for me when miro changes their api in the future. Feedback is integrated inside the app. You can send a message from inside the plugin with your ideas for improvements or bugs you are experiencing.Fancy new feature:It’s now possible to isolate sync’ing at a widget property level. Once again, if have missed the memo, please excuse this post and point me in the right direction. I use Miro to teach. Since I found Miro years ago,  I have been using embedded Google Slides presentations (presenting mode, not editing mode) to directly view them from within Miro. About six to eight months ago I cannot do this any longer. Fortunately there is the menu option: Google Docs actions > Go to source URL, which opens the presentation (in presentation mode) in new tab. The share option in the presentation is set to “Anyone with the link.” I have stopped publishing and re-published the presentation. I have removed and reinstalled the Miro app Google Drive to no avail.  What is strange is the message I get from Miro when I try to embed the presenation: “Sorry. The file you have requested does not exist.” However, when I copy the link from the Share options in Google Slides and paste it directly in a Miro board, I have access to the file but in editing mode (which I do not need

Posiadam służbowy adres e-mail w domenie szkolnej, jednak z przyczyn technicznych nie ma on możliwości komunikacji poza wewnętrznym systemem szkoły. Since yesterday I am getting some kind of bug with text inside sticky notes and shapes. Miro is cutting off the lower half of every text line, even text that is not at the bottom of the sticky notes/ shape. Please see image below for example.Text is also behaving really strangely inside shapes/ sticky notes/ text boxes - when I double click to edit the text, it goes up a few sizes and goes off the bottom of the shape/ box/ sticky note. It seems to be an issue with auto-resizing. Can someone please help? Thank you.

Hi Miro Team,I had a quick question regarding tracking activity on sticky notes in Miro.In cases where a sticky note was added some time ago—and especially when no one is tagged—what’s the best way to: Identify who created or last edited a sticky note? Check the date/time it was posted or updated? This would be really helpful when boards have a lot of activity over time and comments aren’t directly tagged.Thanks in advance for your help. 

I created an account as a student, at IE MADRID, but when I am want to work at the only board I created, titled , elena mandra- strategic management. I am not allowed to, I don't know where did other boards appear from, they are not mine, I need only this 

When I paste text from outside Miro into a dashbaord, Miro usually asks for converting that text into a document for better readability (or something similar). Last time I pasted text, Miro prompted the usual conversion question, and I selected no. By mistake though, I also clicked “Do not show this again”.How do I bring that question back?Or, is there another way to achieve the same result? If I ask sidekick to convert to a doc, it also rewrite the pasted text. Interesting functionality, not what I’m looking for right now.Thanks anyone for helping!

What is the maximum file size or total storage volume available for a user? Is storage included in the plan, or does it require additional payment? How long are files kept on boards if a user stops paying for a subscription? Do you have plans to integrate with other storage or collaboration solutions in the future? Hi , in my team one of the member has to leave regarding illness for long term 5-6 months , is it possible to hang up the billing for her during this time. Should i to cancel his complete licence during her absence , is ther any issue to loose all the doc she provided in Miro until then. Thanks

Can we please have a field to assign a priority, i.e important, medium, not important. There is Color, Status, Assignee, Dates and Tags but no priority in the Kanban Board.

I am the Board owner and want to sync the frame to another board where I am the editor.  But, I don’t see the copy & sync option at all.  What to do? 

Hi all - I’m trying out a Kanban board to keep track of our backlog - however, I’m finding that the card content disappears frequently - if I move between statuses (drag & drop or manually assigning the status) or if I switch between layouts. After setting up a lot of cards, I decided to take a backup in case it happened again - and that step wiped out a number of the cards in both versions :(  I’m using the web version on a Chrome browser, Mac if that helpsI did search for similar issues but none offered a solution so wondering if anyone else is experiencing this or has come up with a workaround? Very disappointed in the app so far Thanks for any help!

This failure is occurring for a specific team, as I’m able to remove the same user from other teams with the same endpoint.
