Why is my submitted and published template not public?

So I submitted a template and it is set to published but when I try to look for it under templates it can not be found - therefor I suppose that it is not public yet?

It is called:

Teamwork Kit | Build Better Teams

And the company is Knightec Group

      Hi ​@Andrea Norell Cottino, Based on what I can see, the template “Teamwork Kit | Build Better Teams” from Knightec Group is published and available for public use. And according to the team that handles templates:

      • The template is indeed published and can be found by searching for its name or the creator’s profile in Miroverse.

      • The team has also contacted you and they have not received a reply yet.
