Hi everyone,I’m embedding a large family tree from Miro into my Wix website using the iframe embed code.I’m facing an issue with navigation: While the mouse scroll wheel allows me to zoom in and out perfectly within the Miro board itself, once it's embedded on the Wix site, the scroll wheel only moves the webpage up and down (or the board up and down) instead of zooming into the board.I want my site visitors to be able to use their mouse wheel to zoom in and out of the tree naturally, as they would on the Miro app.Is there a specific attribute I should add to the iframe code, or a setting within Miro/Wix that enables "Scroll to Zoom" for embedded boards?Thanks for the help!  <iframe width="768" height="432" src="https://miro.com/app/live-embed/uXjVGfg2Prs=/?embedMode=view_only_without_ui&moveToViewport=19888,9482,4211,1998&embedId=774156072556" frameborder="0" scrolling="no" allow="fullscreen; clipboard-read; clipboard-write" allowfullscreen></iframe>

Hi, I started with free plan and upgraded. Then the board that I used for free plan dissapered from my home screen. I shared the free plan board with others, so I can still see via the link. However I would like to see all in one place rather than click the link. Please let me know how to change it.

Hello,I’ve noticed that I have been charged a monthly business subscription fee for Miro, even though I do not recall ever subscribing or making any payment.When I checked my account settings, there is no billing or subscription tab available, so I’m unable to verify or cancel anything from my side.Could you please help me understand: Why I am being charged Which account or subscription this charge is linked to How I can cancel it and request a refund if applicable This situation is quite concerning, so I would appreciate your prompt assistance.Thank you.

Hi Miro Community,Our board has become completely unusable after team members imported several large Excel tables directly into the board.Here is what we are experiencing:- All toolbar icons are grey and non-functional- No editing is possible — cursor is locked in pan/hand mode only- Escape key does not help- Hard refresh (CMD+Shift+R) does not help- Incognito mode has the same issue- Mobile app crashes immediately with the message: "Board is too big for this app"- All users on the board are affected — not just one person- Another board on the same account works perfectly fineIn the browser console we see these errors:- "Detected incorrect service lifecycle. Trying to start a service which is already running" (repeated for every service: CanvasController, WidgetController, MouseWheelService, etc.)- "Manifest for stencil_schema already registered, check the flow"- "Failed to launch miroapp:// because the scheme does not have a registered handler"- "GL_INVALID_ENUM: glTexParameteri: Text

When trying to open my board, it just stays on the gray-ish screen as if it was loading it.When trying to create a copy of it, i’m getting the error “something went wrong” and in the network analysis i’m pretty sure its a 500 error.I then tried to open it in a private window, which worked but all my Kanban cards were piled up on a stack and the Kanban board itself was not there.

Hi, I need help trying to restore boards for my account. I carelessly deleted a team without understanding it would delete my boards as well. Can I still recover all the boards associated with my account? Thank you

I used to text-highlight a lot Recently, it is impossible to access the (horizontal) contextual menu when editing text.The contextual menu only shows when the container is selected but once inside, while editing, it disappears.Any idea, gurus? 

My Miro board won’t load correctly and continually says it’s offline. The board toolbar won’t display and I can’t copy any of the content on the board or duplicate the board. I’ve tried multiple browsers, hard refresh, clearing the cache, restarting the Miro app and I’ve shared with colleagues/private mode. No joy.I don’t know how to bring it back without loosing all the content on there. 

I tried to sign up with my educational email, however it did not work. I tried to delete the account to recreate, but now I am receiving this message. How to proceed?I have tried:Incognito browserClearing cacheChanging the email of the original account.

I have Miro’s MCP server setup internally and it has been working great for weeks, but suddently today the app credentials are being invalidated every couple hours.  I would love to know a fix as it crashes our internal bot for every call to it.

When I navigate to a board, the side panel shows the board within its Section within its Space. Great. On the front page/ dashboard, if I navigate to a Space I only see a scattering of boards unfiltered /uncategorised by which Section they are in. This is annoying. If I search on the Miro AI bot, it says this:To view sections within a space on the Miro home page:Navigate to the space - Click on the space name from your home page or sidebar Look for the sections panel - Once inside the space, you'll see sections listed in the left sidebar or as tabs/categories Filter by section - Many spaces organize boards into sections (like "In Progress", "Archive", "Design", etc.), and you can click on these to filter the boards shownI cannot, however, see the ‘sections panel’ on the homepage. Am I missing something or is this advice from the AI bot incorrect?All advice (from real bods) welcome!Edward

Hello. Recently ran into a problem of being unable to interact with any of elements of the miro whiteboard interface. Board work as always - it loads, I can observe all on it, I see all the changes. But all the buttons are just replaced with grey boxes. Even the name of the board. It looks like the board doesn't load. But it does.The problem occurred on my tablet two days ago and today it also appeared on my computer (windows), I tried to switch between several networks, wifi/mobile data, it didn't help. I also tried to update and reinstall the app. I even tried to open it in Chrome browser, but everything is the same. It neither work when I'm a team member or team and board owner. Switching account to another one also didn't help.Is there a way to fix this problem?
