Request for Account Team Contact – Trimble Inc. – SCIM Enablement

Hello Team,

   I’m Alen - Software licensing professional from Trimble Inc , We are looking to enable the SCIM feature for our organization. We have attempted to coordinate this through our listed contact, Jaime (jaime@miro.com), but have not received a response for over a month.

Given the importance of this integration for our security and user management workflows, could you please:

  1. Confirm if there has been a change in our assigned Customer Success Manager (CSM) or Account Executive.

  2. Provide the contact details for our current representative.

  3. Connect us with a technical resource who can assist with the SCIM enablement process in the interim.

We value our partnership with Miro and look forward to resolving this so we can fully utilize our Enterprise features.
