Dear Miro Support Team,

I am writing to request immediate cancellation of my subscription and assistance with a payment issue.

I subscribed to the paid plan but used it for only a few hours before deciding to cancel. I attempted to cancel the subscription right away. However, your system has continued to attempt charging my card, even though I no longer wish to use the paid plan.

Moreover, I cannot remove my card details from my account, which puts me at risk of unwanted charges.

Please cancel my subscription immediately, stop any further payment attempts, and remove my payment method from your system.

I appreciate your prompt help with this situation.
