Refund - Misleading pricing

Hi Miro community,

I'm hoping someone can help me navigate a refund request, or point me to the right place to raise this.

One of our team members recently upgraded our account to the Starter plan, intending simply to access more than 3 boards for use in virtual tutoring sessions. We had been happily using the free plan. The upgrade was made in good faith based on the $8/month figure prominently displayed on the pricing page.

What wasn't understood at the time is that the $8/month rate is per member, and that inviting students to collaborate on boards added them as billable members of the plan. As a result, we were charged a significant annual fee covering multiple seats, far beyond what we anticipated or needed.

To be clear: we are a small tutoring organisation. Students sharing boards are simply joining a link to collaborate during session. They are not team members in any meaningful sense. Had the per-member billing implications been clearly communicated during the upgrade flow, our team member would not have proceeded.

The subscription was cancelled on the same day it was charged, and the paid plan was not meaningfully used. We are requesting a full refund on the following grounds:
1. The per-member billing model was not sufficiently clear at the point of purchase or in the upgrade flow.
2. The subscription was cancelled on the same day it was charged.
3. The service was not meaningfully used.

Can anyone advise on the best way to get this in front of the billing team? We are unable to access the in-product support form as the account has reverted to the free plan following cancellation.

Thank you.
