Got Charged for a Free ACCOUNT!

i got charged for 20 Dollars on MIRO after MONTHS without using it and im on a FREE account, i dont have any subscription plan … i cant remove my credit card information because the platform wont let me, cant delete te account/team cos it says that i ill be charged anyway and that my information will still be on the system! Wtf is that? some kind of scam?! i want a refund and i want all my information removed from the system… just cant trust this service anymore, i want to terminate my account also.
