I was billed but I have a free account. Could this be fraud?

I had a Miro subscription a few years ago. I don't use it much anymore, so I switched to the free version. Despite that, I was charged $220.75 even though my account shows as free. 

I contacted my financial institution to report that I did not make the purchase. I haven't opened the invoice PDF, but it lists a number. How can I contact customer service? 

 

Has this ever happened to anyone?
