Is it possible to connect both instances of JIRA (both are SaaS solutions of JIRA) to a single MIRO instance that we have. Hi, I didn't quite understand the pricing plans on the pricing page.Can a Swedish company with 6 people use the Free Plan of Miro or are small companies required to use the Starter/Business Plan?For example, we know that Unity requires a pro subscription when the project has more than 200 000 dollars in funding or annual revenue. Do you have any similar requirements or can we use the free license?Best wishes

Hi!I have a Miro board that contains several internal links between graphic objects. When I create a copy of the board or import from backup file, some of these links stop working. What’s strange is that only certain links are affected—others continue to work just fine. I haven’t been able to identify any pattern that explains why some links break while others don’t.How can I solve the problem?

We use the Miro table to track my team's goals. Once a goal is completed, we need to paste that goal from our active/upcoming goals table into the archived goals table, which has the same columns. We need to have a place for our archived goals outside of our current goals table to ensure that the current goals table isn’t getting overwhelming for the team to find the goals they are currently working on.

Title:Hi everyone,I am using Miro with an Education plan and I am a board owner. I can upload videos to my boards without any problem, and members of my Education team can also upload videos.However, when I share a board publicly via link and allow editing access, people who open the board through that public edit link cannot upload videos. The upload option is visible to them, but the upload itself does not work.So my question is:Is this expected behavior in the Education plan?Are users with public edit access treated as visitors, and are visitors generally not allowed to upload video files?Or is there any setting or workaround that would allow video uploads on publicly shared editable boards in an Education team?What confuses me is that the feature appears in the interface for those users, which suggests that it should be available, but in practice it is not.I would be very grateful if someone could clarify whether this is:a plan limitation,a role/permission issue,or possibly a bug/U

When attempting to connect the Azure Cards app, an error occurs when Connecting the Azure Organization with Miro. The user login goes well, but when the organisation is linked the error “TF400813: The user 'ad8be917-ad24-xxxx-xxxx-xxxxxxxxxxxx' is not authorized to access this resource.The guid for that user is not found in our Entra ID and does not match the user id selected for the user account. Our DevOps environment have recently been connected to our Microsoft Entra ID.  I have been through all the steps listed on page “https://help.miro.com/hc/en-us/articles/360033799934-Azure-Cards” and made sure, that all steps and rights are set as specified.  I’m a bit at a loss on how to further fault seek this, has anyone else seen this behaviour ?  Best Regards, /Sverre Eplov 

When I ask claude to read an existing miro board that has few diagrams, this is the response I get from claude. This should be a straightforward use case, what am I missing here?Below is the response from claude opusWhy I can't review the content: each phase is stored as a native Miro "Diagram" object (atomic widget). My team and I have been using the Roadmap Planning Template for project management, and the synced view between the Kanban board and the timeline has been extremely helpful.However, today we noticed an issue: the information has stopped syncing between views. When we create a new ticket in the Kanban board, it doesn’t appear in the timeline, and vice versa.Is this a known bug, or is there something we can do to fix it on our end?Thanks in advance for your help!

Please help me, I’m devastated((( I’ve been using 3 Miro accounts on Miro for years. All 3 accounts had 3 different active boards each. On Sat i tried to create a new board but now all 3 of my accounts have all the same *very very old) boards and all my relevant boards from my accounts got deleted. Have no idea how that happened. Would be very greatful for your help!!

I wanted to ask if there’s a way to use or insert fancy/custom fonts in Miro boards?Right now, the default font options feel quite limited, and I’m looking to use more stylized or branded fonts (for example, for headings or visual content on canvases).Would love to hear how others handle this 🙌Thanks in advance!

I’m running MIRO on Chrome on Windows 11 with a fairly big board - it’s crashing constantly.  I mean every few minutes.  The desktop app is stable, but I need to run multiple MIRO sessions at once - this is very necessary, it’s extremely inconvenient to have to move around in a single board. Any suggestions ? I’m on a fibre to home network, so that’s not the issue. Thanks!

We have Miro Live Embed integration with our conferencing product, and we’re seeing an issue with the anonymous flow (Board Picker for unregistered users) not working.We haven’t made any recent changes on our side for this flow. It appears to be failing within your library with the error: “(intermediate value).then is not a function.”PFA complete error message: Please let me know if you need some more details from our side.Thanks  

Hi, everyone! Recently, I encountered some strange cursor behaviour. There is a significant distance between the cursor and the working area (the actual click/selection position). I'll add a screenshot for clarity. I noticed this behavior in the web version. I haven't checked the app yet. Could anyone tell me if this is a bug or if there is some strange setting that changes this distance?

Hi all, I created a whiteboard wihout having signed up, i’ve come back to it and it says:  This board is lockedBoards created with Miro Lite are available for 1 week. Yours will be deleted in 4 days. Sign up for free to unlock it. I have signed up, but I cannot find it and if I come back to that tab it keeps saying the same thing and does not let me do anything else.  Could someone help me unlock it, please?

I have set my font size to 24pt on a number of card, but it is being displayed at different sizes (as if it’s set to auto). This is inconsistent, meaning I have to manually faff with the font size to get things legible, and my board looking ok. Thanks

Hello, i am trying to use Miro for a Task board, and I would need to be able to notify the team members that a new task is ready by @ the groupe one of form or another, instead of specific individuals. Unfortunately, while I've read that’s it definitely feasible, I am unable to succeed in my endeavour. Thanks in advance for any help or additional info the community thinks could help me in my quest toward efficiency

Hi, we are unable to install Miro on our Google Workspace. The install option is grayed out for all users, including the admin. Are there any additional configurations that need to be checked for it to become available? Also, our Workspace settings allow all users to install any app from the Marketplace. Do you have any idea what might be causing this? 

I have been uploading short .MP4 files for the past year to share progress with our team. In the past day or so I've been receiving an error saying that the file type is not supported when I try to upload a video. I’ve tried every video format and I keep getting the same error, the same happens when I try it in a new board or an old one. I’ve tried all steps I've found on the forum.
