Log in Required for Public shared Boards

I have 3 Business plans running on my company, and I have always shared public bords for my clients so they can review our work.

 

Since 1 week ago, every public board I share is required to log in, but this should not happen since I have the business plan.

 

I have already double checked all the properties of sharing are correct, but the issuu persist with all previous boards I had as well.

How can I fix this?

I would suggest that you contact the support team (instructions in that post) to confirm. If this blocking of a paid feature was truly the result of an experiment, hopefully Miro will take action to restore the functionality to your boards.
