Dear Community.  I have questions about colour accuracy within the miro app: Does the miro app supply colourmanagement for images? Here my test: Two identical images showing red, green and blue. each colour at the max of 255. Both saved as JPGs, only difference, the colour tag. One “AdobeRGB(1998)”, the other “sRGB”. When compared in two windows on one screen within Photoshop, you should see: (R/255. G/0. B/0) Red sRGB is darker than AdobeRGB(1998)(R/0. G/255. B/0) Green sRGB is paler than AdobeRGB(1998) (R/0. G/0. B/255) Blue sRGB is almost the same to AdobeRGB(1998).  Unfortunately, when displayed in miro, the colours all appear the same. Maybe I got something wrong, if not:  Dear miro.sooii group produces (virtual/CGI) images and we discuss their development and post production via miro. Due to the subject, colours are important. Will there be colourmanagement in miro? Thankful for any hint.  With regards, Niko @sooii.de image editor

Can a person create a Miro account under a Free plan, and then create/start a board (as the owner) and invite 4 other team members to both "View and Edit" the board(s) (up to 3), as long as each of the 4 team members have a Miro account? (i.e., none of the 5 people will need a paid Miro subscription?)The Free plan allows only ‘public’ boards (not ‘private’) - is that correct?Also, if one of the team members is visually impaired, can he/she access the team member's (owner) board (under the Free plan) and both "View and Edit" the board using a screen reader? As a ‘guest editor’ or regular team member? If not able to use a mouse or trackpad, how would a visually-impaired person add to/edit the board?  Can you export a full board to a PDF in the Free version? (i.e., is a PDF considered a high-resolution export?)Thank you!

Hi, I don't understand why the history Voting disappears in the pop-up bar on the left ? How make it appear again ?  Does anyone had this issue in the past ? Thank you !  

This may be a bit silly but for the life of me, I cannot get rid of this annoying black pop up. I was able to clear others using the instructions but this one wants me to use three fingers on my mouse which I do not know how that is possible. Any ideas?  

Today while editing a board with a coworker we noticed someone in the board called ‘Mirohero (Guest)’.  the board was in a restricted project with limited access - does anyone know what or who this might be?

Hi - I just signed up for a free account and I want to show my team what I did to confirm we want to use this tool before I spend a ton of time setting up my board.But, the share button is grayed out. Why is this? Can I share with a free account?And, I cannot get out of my board to the dashboard. I have watched a bunch of videos, but still cannot figure this out.  Thank you!

I just had my first workshop with about 10 People and missed one feature I couldn’t find anywhere: while discussing the sticky notes everybody collaborated to the board, we were sometimes at a loss which Note was talked about. Since there were so many collaborators, the collaborator cursors where hidden. Is there some other way to have a sort of pointer for the moderator to show what object we are talking about at the moment?

Hello,There seems to be a problem with the update of the metadata. After an update, the metadata are reset to their creation values when the board is refresh.Is the problem known? If so, do you have any idea how long it will take to fix? Our plugins are all broken :) Thank you!

I keep getting logged in with my old work account "simon.brandt@relaxdays.de" even though I´m logging in with my private Goggle Account credentials. Neither incognito mode nor clearing everything from cache to cookies has any effect. Also I cant delete the relaxdays account since I no longer have access to that mail account (and it probably does not exist anymore). Any suggestions?

Seems there’s no way to actually edit Asana cards in Miro. Do you see this ability being added in the future?

Hello, I work with Senior Teams on Transformational Leadership programmes and I would like to turn my 'manual facilitation programme’ to MIRO.  I need some external help from someone who knows and worked with Miro for some time.  

Hi there,we are using Jira Cards extensively in planning events. In the end, we come up with a set of Jira cards in specific areas of a MIRO board which are planned for s specific timebox or milestone.Currently, I manually create lists of the Jira Cards based on where they are put on the MIRO board. It would be very nice to have a possibility to create such a list automatically or even have a filter available in Jira which returns all the issues for which there is a card in a specific region on a board.Is there anything like this available?Thanks!

Reproduce following steps below:Input some text into a cell of a table Copy some other text and try to paste them right after the text of step 1Result: Can not paste the text into the same cell.Note: If selecting whole cell then paste, it works by replacing the existing text by the copied text, however, I think it is inconvenient. Because, sometimes, I want to add more content with existing one, not replace.The same issue with texts in the sticker or other objects. 

I do not quite understand if I get Unlimited editable boards at the Consultant plan 

I am having issues with cutting and pasting from my Word document to the Notes of my board.  It is an agenda for my class.  I am using a Chrome browser and have a Enterprise license.  It was working  previously but now no longer functions

Hi, I have a question: is it possible to share a specific board view with my team?So: we have a very large board and I have added a frame with content somewhere. i want to send a link to the team ‘look I have added content here’ such that if they open the link they will see the newly created content and not the default view of the board.Is that possible? If not this is a feature request :-)Many thanks Bas

I accidentally toggled the option to “hide Templates” on my dashboard, and now my template picker above my list of boards has disappeared.  I would like to toggle this back on so I have the picker visible.  Can someone tell me how to do this, I have searched everywhere and cannot find the option.

Hello, I have created several sticky notes, images, mind maps and cards and surrounded these using frames. These frames are not all of the same size. I then go to presentation mode full screen and most of these work well, ie. the contents are in the centre of the screen. Occasionally though there are a couple of frames that are displayed to the right of the iMac monitor (I’m only using one), so I only get a small portion of the content. If I wait about 10 seconds or so, the display then refreshes to the middle of the screen. Is this a bug or something I have done wrong? This happens on my desktop and safari browser. Kind Regards, Clayton

Hello, I am new on Miro, and I am trying to copy paste text from a powerpoint slide to a Miro card into the description. Control-C / Control-V does not work. I know how to copy paste text as a note, but then, I still don’t get the text into my Miro card, where I need it.Thanks for your help.Björn 

Hi there!I run a small branding agency, and I was invited by a client to join their team on Miro.However, now that I’ve joined I’d like to set up my own team profile with my own project and boards fully separate of the team that I’m on with my client.I can’t figure out how to do this.If I say I want to create another team it says I have to sign-up for a paid plan. So am I correct in assuming that to do so, I’d have to leave this team with the client, create my own team and projects and then ask the client to add me again as a guest member?Or is there another way perhaps?Thank you everyone!Alex

Hi everyone, I was on a team plan for a year and had to discontinue my payment as the price has increased but the features and use is still the same. Plus due to financial budgeting for other softwares that I use.I was on two teams,  I left one called C.E because I didn’t need to be on it anymore and hoping that the new team that I had created called M.T which was all my personal boards would be unlocked. But that is not the case. I am currently on 1 team( M.T) and all my boards are locked. How do I solve this ?   Initial conditions - 

I’m currently trying to create images on a Miro board using the SDK. I have the images stored as base64 data URLs. But it seems the method isn’t accepting that format. Here the code I’m using: miro.board.widgets.create({ "type": "image", "url": "data:image/png;base64,iVBORw0KGgoAA..."})The error message I get: Error: 'url' field is required for ImageWidgetDoes the method only accept regular url’s? I wasn’t able to find an answer in the docs.
