Every single time I double click anywhere on any Miro board, a sticky note appears. This has been occurring for almost a year now, is distracting and annoying and we do not know how to turn this off.  Does anyone know how? And also, I can just accidentally click anywhere on a board and a sticky note appears.  Why does this happen? Thank you.

I see that https://developers.miro.com/docs/interface-ipluginconfigextensionpoints#section-get-widget-menu-items is marked as deprecated, but I can't find any alternative way to extend the widget menu, nor can I find any announcement around it. What's the official story here? Is this going away completely, or is there an alternative on the way that hasn't been documented or communicated yet? Or am I blind 😛

At the moment we are using a free plan and there are a total of 9 colleagues listed as team members, of which only 1 or 2 actually make edits to the boards themselves while the others only need view/comment rights.I can’t seem to find whether I can get a team plan for 2p and assign a guest role to all the other colleagues, or that it would automatically need a 9p team plan. In the ideal situation I’d like to just keep the entire team as is so that they can view newly created boards, where I can assign the guest roles to the majority of the members and add the paid editing features to two of them. Is this possible, or am I missing something? 

I would like to know how to activate calligraphic writing style like in MS Paint. Any detail comment is highly appreciated.Thank you.

Hi there savvy Miro users,Here’s a question I’m sure many will find basic and unremarkable, but oh well, this is how I choose to spend my Monday night.I am struggling to draw a shape with a line diving it  and a text in each part (a domino to be precise). Is there a way to lock the line within a shape? Or any other technique to do it in Miro?Thank you all 

Mouse pointer flickers when I move it on a board. This issue had appeared few versions of FF ago. Now I use 92.0 (64bit)I can’t use FF anymore. Please do something. I can provide information you need to debug it.

Is there option to open boards in a new tab, per default? Would be great when opening a number of boards that exist on a list. I know you can right click and choose “open in new tab”, but if you are scrolling through a list it’s enough to forget one time and you have to start all over.

we are 2 independent consulting companies who work together on different projects. Each have their Miro account (consultant plan).How do we make the other co-owners on boards for mutual clients? ...without having to add each other as team members and pay double.

Hi everyone,  I am looking to quickly upload PowerPoints onto my Miro boards. I would like each slide in the presentation to automatically have it’s own frame so that I can present on Miro, without having to create a frame per each slide every time I upload a PowerPoint? I’ve looked everywhere biuut don’t see that this is a feature. Is it possible? Can anyone help?

Hello  I installed miro for remote workships and courses which i have attended. However i have notrice not all the boards are avalibly or synced across by devices?  For example on the mac desktop  i can see 5 miro boards yet on the macbook i can only see 2. The same story applies across windows devices.  Can someone help me please. Thanks Jamie

Hi, I have just set up Miro for our team and as administrator I would like to be able to manage the users (who has a license, inviting new users etc.)I don’t need access to any boards or to use the tools themselves, just user and billing management. Do I need to assign myself a paid license just for this management?

Hallo zusammen, ich bin noch Anfänger und finde meinen Fehler nicht.Wenn ich mehrere Elemente markieren möchte, funktioniert es bei mir leider mit der Shift Taste nicht. Warum? Ich finde den Fehler nicht.Bis jetzt konnte ich mir helfen, wenn ich die Elemente mit Strg einzeln hinzugefügt habe, aber einfacher wäre es doch mit dem “Rahmen ziehen”. Hat jemand eine Idee, was ich noch ausprobieren kann?Danke und viel Grüße

 Hi Miro,Any chance I could get some assistance with deleting my App (empty project) and recreating a the Dev Team, so I can actually develop my application. Since I deleted the Dev team after I had created an app, the app is not “owned” by anyone and is unable to be deleted (See top of image attached, “Account not found”). What I need is a “clean” Dev Team so that I can create my application/integration for Miro. Thanks, Andreas | Cohere XR

Is there a way to unpack PowerPoint slides (that have been uploaded into Miro) automatically into frames?  I find myself having to create a frame for each slide so they show up when in presentation mode.  Thanks!

Is it possible to create a "Cardpool", where the people are able to grab some cards out and put them into their position in a kanban board?

Hey everyone,I was created a new board today and was copying some data from Google Spreadsheets into a normal Grid. When I did multiple Ctrl+Zs a message popped up warning me to wait for 30 seconds or I might be losing some data. After the 30 seconds I refreshed the page the board wouldn’t load anymore - gets stuck half way through loading. In fact a lot of the UI seems to render out of order/not clear properly. I have a relatively large board and in some of the squares the text does not appear unless I zoom in and get really close. It really bothers me to work. Have any of you encountered such a problem and have a solution? I would be very grateful for your help.

I feel like I'm doing something really stupid, but I created a link from an object to another object, and when I click (or even double-click) on the link the object is selected instead of following the link. What am I doing wrong? Thanks!PS.: I recorded a small video demonstrating this but I'm having trouble attaching it to this post

Hey guys! I’m new here, so I hope somebody will come in help :)I was trying to move my board from “xxx project” to “none”. Once I did this, I lost the board. The problem is, if I digit the name of the board I can still see it in the search bar, but I cannot access it. The board’s owner is a previous coworker of my mine who doesn’t work for our company anymore.Is there a way to transfer board ownership avoiding to contact the actual owner of the board? Any help is more than welcome, thanks in advance!
