No one can see my cursor

I’m new to Miro. The other day I was invited to use an existing board. While we were all collaborating (looking at board) I could see my co-worker’s cursor (with their names) as they moved around the board. None of them could see my cursor. I tried several things. In Chrome, I tried opening the board in Incognito more. I also tried opening the board in a different browser (Firefox). I tried using my personal MacBook Pro on my home network. Still, no one can see my cursor. Is there a setting I’m missing? Thanks.
