I am surprized that I can’t organize my boards in folders. I have just started with Miro and I have only 10 boards and even that is hard to manage. I have to believe people have hundreds of boards as I will have someday. How do they organize boards?Why can’t I create a folder structure?My solution is to name boards like this: AA - Board 1AA - Board 2BB - Board 1etc…This is pretty hokey. Any ideas?

Dear Team, We are using the Miro application on the Surface Hub 3 model and are unable to use the Miro whiteboard interactively, as multitouch functionality is not working.Currently, touch interaction is limited and users are unable to perform collaborative multitouch actions on the whiteboard.Kindly assist us with the required troubleshooting steps or provide a solution to resolve this issue at the earliest.

Does anyone know of an easy way to migrate to Miro from Klaxoon?The answers around this topic in the docs cover many platforms, but Klaxoon is not one of them.Copy and Paste doesn’t seem to work well at all because the information copied to the clipboard from Klaxoon seems to be plain text, whereas from mural / miro its formatted (html).

 Dear Community & Miro Team, Is Miro Engage really planned to be an Enterprise-only add-on? Honestly, I find that hard to understand. Many consultants, facilitators, trainers, and workshop leaders work independently or in small teams and are not part of large Enterprise organizations. We tested Miro Engage and see a lot of value in it. Will Miro Engage also be available for Business plans in the future, or is Enterprise-only the long-term strategy?If it stays as Enterprise AddOn only it would be a ridiculous decision for me. I’d appreciate clarification

If the board name is in Japanese, the backup file name always ends up garbled. Is there a way to avoid this?Since most board names are in Japanese and there are so many of them, changing the board names isn't a viable solution.

I am currently on a Business trial from a Free plan. I want to revert back to the Free plan, so I clicked the cancel trial button. However, it is said that my plan will automatically be reverted to Starter plan after the trial period. How do i downgrade to free plan?  

I tried to install and open the BPMN integration tool from Marketplace which seemed to work, but when I go to open it on a worksheet it can’t find the tool. I have a paid account, but not a business account. Do I need to upgrade to use this?

Dear Miro Team, how can I create a road cross-section or transverse profile on the Miro bord? 

I created a flow chart then clicked one of the elements and tried the AI feature that creates a meeting summary. Now I can only see that document and the entire flow chart is gone. I can’t undo and I can’t find the history anywhere.

HiWhen opening a specific miro board, it opens where I last was but then 2 seconds later it takes the focus to a specific frame on the board and I have to then move back to where I was. This happens every time I load the board and even if I move to another browser tab and then back. Have tried looking this issue up but can’t find anything on it. I am using the standard board link - not a link to a specific object on the board I tried “set current view as start” but makes no differenceAny suggestions on how to fix?Thanks

Our specific HMI workflow entails creating “function cards” when we are mapping out the task analysis of using a piece of equipment. Essentially every task and function within both the physical and digital interfaces.  Then using those cards to card sort priorities with the users and then use the cards to visually layout the control placements and groupings when doing the ergonomic and human factors recommendation layouts.  Having the ability to create a table template with a corresponding custom (infographic styled) card layout would greatly save time by allowing the custom card to be assigned to the table.  Does something similar exist?

I’m using a kanban layout in a template and I can’t widen the columns. It is making the kanban cards in one of the columns go very long since I can only have one card wide in a column.
