Dear Community,
my education license disappeared meaning I dont have an option anymore to enter the education team in the topleft drop down menu bar where you can select the teams.
This causes great trouble for me as I have a full board dedicated to my master thesis on this education license team. Luckily I still have the board open in a tab. However, I cant copy the content to a free license board due to “pasting from a source board is not allowed due to its sharing policy”.
I was not informed in any way that the licence was expiring, and I don't think I've had it for two years.
Can anyone please help me and tell me what next steps I have to take in order to get my education team back and overall will all boards in that team still be there?
