I am trying to set up a subscription to use Business Plan. However, the system doesn’t accept my MasterCard payment and I can’t pay vian an invoice, as I only need one member subscription at this point. Would someone be able to help me out with this? Thank you!

And another one with the same issue. I was looking for any way to contact support on this issue other then a public community group - but it seems to be the only option.

I’m experiencing the same issue and am unable to make the payment. I contacted my bank, and they confirmed that everything is in order on their end. However, they haven’t received any payment request from Miro, despite several attempts. ​
