Hello! I’m super stoked on the XD Miro plugin. Seriously excited as this is going to expedite my teams workflow fo sho. Now here’s the question… Is the quality of the import fixed as it is now or is there a possible plan for settings or permanent improvement? It is considerably less quality than when copy pasting an artboard in from XD. It wouldn’t be a big deal but copy is nearly illegible and we use miro for copy writers to make comments on changes. Any feedback would be appreciated.  

im having problems dragging images from drawify and google images on to the board if i double click it  it adds it to the board but i use to be able to drag the images to exactly where i wanted to be on the board  now i have to search all around the board and it extra extra small making it hard to findwhat happen to the drag and drop functionality

Hi there. We want to run a workshop in Teams using Miro. We did a dummy run and the people in the breakout rooms couldn’t see anything- the screen sharing worked for the main room (it actually worked in one break out room with screen sharing but then there was nothing to see in the other breakout rooms or back in the main room). It looks like it is just one room at a time. So the question is this: can you collaborate on the same Miro board simultaneously in different break out rooms in Teams? It seems to me that is fundamental to running a workshop. Do you need different copies of the same board for the rooms? Many thanks

I am new to Miro and am hoping that I can do with it what I want. It appears to be way more functional than Google Jamboard, which is what I want. My hope is to create a different team for each of my high school classes.  When I upgraded to the starter I thought I would be able to create more teams. When I did this the original team is still on the free version and the new team is on the paid version.  When I tried to add one more team it prompted me to pay again.  What am I missing?

All of a sudden we are missing links of Drive documents linked to our Miro boards. Some have the links (and we’re able to open them from MIro), but some don’t. This must be a bug, not a feature. It does not seem to matter how I import the files.  

Hey!I’ve noticed that Miro doesn’t load when I have a popular Testing Playground extension enabled in Chrome browser.The error which prevents Miro from loading.Cannot read properties of undefined (reading 'startAppLoadingStep') 

A student here. Been using Miro for about 2months now to track all of my lesson in my subjects from school and added 44 frames on one board. To that point, the nested frames doesn’t work anymore. When moving the bigger frame that contains the smaller frames the nested frames doesn’t follow the bigger frame. I tried to make another board and it’s still the same, I also tried on my phone and still cannot nest the frames. I’ve been wondering if this is a bug or there’s a limit of how many frames I can nest. Can this be fix?

After completing the retrospective, I ask the participants to rate our meeting. I need to have only 2 buttons: "Like" and "Dislike". It is necessary that anyone can click on one of the buttons. As a result, I need to see the number of people who voted for each option.Additionally, it will be good if I can see the list of voter names.The standard "Voting" tool does not suit me, as it severely limits the zone and time of voting (people should be able to vote even after a few days).

Hi everyone,My employer has an enterprise Miro account and we are all using the tool deliberately.In addition, i’d like to create new personal miro boards to deal with my personal projects (arts, writing, family, career). Is that even possible? how do i create a personal account and where can i access it since i’m logged in under my corporate account? Any help will be appreciatedThank you community!David 

I would like to ask, if it is possible to have an OAuth application, that request the Enterprise scopes from the people / teams having the Enterprise plans, without having the Enterprise account myself?Based on the answers in Don't see organizations:read scope in Oauth app and How to add see the scopes of the Dev account on the enterprise acount , I am aware that I can not access this endpoints on my account (since we do not have Enterprise) and do do not provide the sandbox for this. But I don’t need this two.All I would like is request these scopes from the people that have the enterprise plans.If this is not possible, what is your recommendation for the alternative? Make each one create the app in their own teams? Or is there any easier solution for this?

Can you tell me how to upload a structure in mind map? Excel is not suitable. This is necessary for convenient work, so that you can cross out what you have already implemented.

Hi, I'm using the mind map template for a project. I've added an image and connected it to the parent node. However when I click minimize on the parent node, I still see the image. Can anyone help?

Hi there. My MIRO board seems to have locked overnight. The toolbar is greyed out. I haven’t changed permissions. Nothing is moving when I click on it Can you help- this is driving me insane!

I need to create a custom plugin to integrate Miro with my internal application. The app would push the data from Miro to the internal application. Is there any recommendation to call an external API hosted by an internal application that requires OAuth authentication?

I have flowchart-like diagrams made by an other diagramming suite, and I would like to convert and upload them to Miro.Currently the only way I see this being possible with the Miro Rest API, if I build some adaptor that sends an API request for each item and connector. (e.g.: create board, create item a, create item b, create connector,… etc..) This will result in lots of API calls even for a simple diagram, with lots of networks calls and error scenarios to manage, possibly with transactions needed.Is there an API that would allow me to assemble the Miro diagram on my end and somehow upload it to Miro in one atomic operation with only a few API calls involved? (e.g: upload the whole thing described in one json?) Do you have any other recommendation on how to handle the use case?  

I created a board without logging in. It is still in the 7-day period in which I can download it if I sign up, however, whenever I try to sign up to unlock it, I get the sign up page, sign up or in and then I get re-directed back to the sign up to unlock the board tab

Hello,I just installed the Miro app for Zoom, and I cannot create or access existing boards when using the in-Zoom app. I’m using the latest version of Zoom. When I open the app in Zoom and sign in to Miro all I see is a blank white space. Could someone please help me? Thank you!!

I am using Miro as a documentation tool and many times people ask me a question and I have them in the board. I want to be able to send the person not only to the big board by sharing the link, but when I share the link the person will go to the exact spot where they can find that answer. Does anyone know if that’s possible?

Will be very useful if we can add icons to identify the state of a node (in progress, done, problem, etc.)

So unlike most i want the youtube (until miro has built in video) to paly in a popup not in line when embedding. I was able to get to work but cannot dubplicate, here is the example:The first one plays in a popup like i would like, the others using various iframe leave the inline embeded, how do i get results like the first line so that when hitting play they user gets the popup (ps the wistia embeded video is perfect and wish i could get those setting to youtube)
