I can’t seem to authorize the Miro app to work with Slack.  I get stuck in a loop where Slack sends me to Miro but the dashboard says: “App authorization has not been completed.  Please try to authorize the app again.”  Going back to Slack to try to add/authorize the app just takes me back into the loop again.

I use my 3 free Miro boards a lot, and want to expand to have multiple boards for my various projects.But one of my boards is a team board (since I use free those are team members), and we use that as our meeting board.I’d also like to make a board for 4 people on the team to collaborate on their own project.Is it possible to setup a situation where I can still have my team of 12 on some boards, but not pay for licenses for them? Such as inviting them to specific boards for example? I’d be the one making and managing them all 99% of the time on my Starter plan.(Currently on Free Plan)Thanks,

Hi,I am trying to embed a plotly graph (saved as an html on a local server) in a miro board. The file is getting embedded, but for some reason the plot is not loading in the board.Is there a process I can follow to get the plotly plots embedded in the miro board?Thank you!Abhi

Hi all!I am using Miro in my synchronous online community college class. We use Miro during our Zoom sessions. I am having an issue with one student who cannot seem to access our Miro board during class when others have no issue. I provide the whole class with a link to the board that we are using with the necessary access settings (i.e., anyone can edit). Students have already made a Miro account, and I know that the link is working because nearly all students can access and participate on the board.When my student who is having the issue shared her screen, when she clicked the link, the Miro screen said that the board does not exist or that the link has expired. The student has a Miro account, so that is not the issue. The link was not expired and the board still exists.Does anyone know why this would be happening? How can I get this student to access the board?Thank you for your advice!! :)

Is anyone familiar with a mechanism to track views in a miro board. I see that you can view board history, but that shows only updates and changes, not viewer activity. If not native to Miro, any free apps that can make this happen via integration? 

HelloHow is it possible to log out in Microsoft Teams in the Miro app?There is no button available?I have to clear the Teams cache every time so I can log in as another user.  Regards infFG

Hi!  I cannot access a miro board as a guest in my phone using Safari/the Web.  It comes up with “input placeholder”.  Anyone able to help with this?

Hi all! Hope everyone is doing well.Wanted to bring up something we’ve been discussing at my company lately - the best ways to collect client feedback. This is primarily pertaining to things in development, as in design we just use Figma comments. Also pertaining to videos.We use a spreadsheet and have honed it over time. It works pretty well for us, but doesn’t allow for in-situ commenting the way Figma does.I’m curious if anyone in this group has moved their feedback collection over into Miro? Or any other tools you use that have helped streamline your process? 

I recently ran in to the issue that I get an error when I try to save a certain frame as a custom template on Miro.This used to be no problem at all, and I tested this on different browsers but I’m not able to save it anymore. See screenshot for the error notification, any experiences with this?Thanks!

I have created various cards in MIRO board. For each card I have added multiple tags. How can I generate reports based upon the tags created? for example, how many cards have tag value “ABC”?

Hallo zusammen,seit gestern kann ich keine neuen Farben mehr zu meiner Farbpalette mit der Pipette (color picker) hinzufügen. Dies ist ein projekt- und boardunabhängiges Problem. Andere Nutzer in der Abteilung haben das selbe Problem. Ein Neuladen des Boards konnte auch keine Abhilfe leisten.Kam das schon bei jemandem hier vor? Habt ihr dazu eine Lösung? Liebe Grüße

Hi, when teaching a student using Miro I am observing the problem when trying to change a color of  the pencil in a pencil tool menu. There is no reaction on stylus tap  the color pallette. This problem is only in tablet application. It seems that in a web version things are better and I can change the pencil color. What am I doing wrong?

Hello,I have the desktop app for Mac (v 0.7.25).  This morning it was working fine, but now it won’t load anything.  It’s been this way for many hours.  I’ve already tried the following:Reloading dashboard with command + R Uninstalled and reinstalled app Reset application data Restarted my computerSometimes reloading the dashboard (with command + R) makes the app crash.I have the same version installed on another Mac, and it’s been working perfectly.

There is currently a function that allows one to embed an Excel tab into Miro if the native Excel file is stored on OneDrive. It is a bit clunky and slow, but it works to enable a dynamic table/graph that is updated automatically in Miro so that you can build dashboards of information to share all in one place. This same functionality would be even more valuable to build for Smartsheet, particularly since Smartsheet tends to be the software of choice for integrating large amounts of data from different places. It would be great to be able to embed a Smartsheet table or report directly into the Miro workspace and have the two files remain linked so that whenever the underlying Smartsheet data is updated, the information in Miro updates automatically as well.

Dear Users and Miro team,  I wanted to check is there any update on when we will get a miro integration for Microsoft surface hub so teams could join virtually and some members can also work directly on surface hub in miro board. What I read some months ago was that is was due in 2023. Also if still that is the case, is there a work around to solve this?
