Is it possible de sell his course with Miro ? I have build a course et i would like to sell access. Someone could help me ?

I drag a browser into the workspace and adjust its size. I then add shapes on top of it. But if I want to move it or resize it, I can’t. Clicking on the browser wireframe does nothing (no menu shows) and I can’t move it either.

I use an async call to create a number of frames with `createFrame()`. When I go into “Presentation Mode” in the UI, the order seems random (or influenced by the async call). Using the UI sidebar, I can of course change the order. How can I do this programmatically? Is there a property such as `presentationOrder` for frames?

I have a problem. I don't know how to open the made board that I previously saved in this format. I remember exactly how it could have been done before. I saved the board as csv file, then I could load it and it looked like I made it. Now, if you try to open the csv file, it does not open as a board, but as plain text, despite the fact that I had diagrams made there. If anyone knows how to open it so that the board is unchanged - please write. If possible with screenshots. As a last resort, if this is not possible, please write how to save the boards so that you can reopen them later. I’ve been experiencing this problem for several weeks now.  When several users are trying to build a mind map at the same time, somehow/somewhere one of the users will click in the mind map and the entire content will get enclosed with a grey box.  When this happens no one can add new things to the mind map or edit existing content.  I ask everyone to click away from the mind map to clear the space and the grey box disappears.  And then when they start working on it together again the same thing happens again.Are there any suggestions for why this is happening and are there ways that I can help my users to make sure this doesn’t happen? Grateful for all suggestions :-).Fiona

Is there a way to modify the area for a link? When I add a link to something, the clickable area for the link is a tiny little area that is very hard to find with the mouse. How do I make the area I can click usable?

Is it possible to use the function bring everyone to me while presenting ? I want the users to follow my screen when I switch from one activity to the other on my board (the follow option at the bottom of the screen is way too small and not effective :( )

the admin starts a video chat. A visitor joins. Then suddenly it says the visitor started a video chat. As soon as another visitor or the admin joins, the video edit bar disappears. No video chat is established.There is no indication to the visitors that a video chat is runningNeither the camera nor the microphone are addressed. It is not possible to end the video chat because there is no editing bar.When the admin leaves the video chat, there is also only the possibility to join the video chat started by the besucehr. The admin has no possibility to see the chat started by himself.no video or audio connection is established by any participant.

I have tried hundreds of time to resize my text. I am using the text editor bar to move the text size up or down. I’ve tried using the selected sizes, I’ve tried inputing the size. No matter what I do the second I click off the image or hit enter, it reverts back to the size it was 16pt. I am trying to make wireframes for a client and I am losing so much time messing with this and the text is so small it can’t be seen. Can someone please help me or recommend a new tool to wireframe in. I’m ready to dump Miro over this for our entire firm. If I can’t change text size easily, it is worthless to me.

The title says it all, panning is way too sensitive and makes it really hard to get around my boards. Zoom is by far the worst, only allowing me to toggle between the following zoom levels :14%, 73%, 382%, and 400%. Any help to fix this would be greatly appreciated. I have of course tried every navigation mode, without luck. 

Is there a way to create an Org Chart by uploading a CSV with users and who they report to?I’ve searched and can’t seem to find an answer to this.

My team can’t write legibly. Can Miro convert handwriting to text, or do I have to fire them? 

Hi I'm the only user, however when I login Its telling me that I'm a viewer and I cant now edit my work. Any advise please 

this is the first miro app i’ve tried to create, so im following the webinar here -  when i run npm run start  i get the following error,  npm ERR! Missing script: "start" seems like probably a basic error but i’ve not had it before on other solution i’ve developed, any ideas how to resolve it? 

Friends - I recently joined a team (Free Plan) with 10 members. The team has been dormant for a while but I want to revive it, starting with getting 1 paid seat either on the Starter or Business plan. If my admin upgrades to either Starter or Business with 1 seat, what will happen to the existing members? Thank you

Miro plugin is not working after update. Am I the only one who got this issue? Reinstalled Sketch and Miro plugin. Still dead. 

Alright, I think the answer is no, but coming here anyway in hopes that it’s possible. Our company uses Miro quite heavily and I’d like to integrate it even further. We run what we call a CRM Audit for our clients. This is where we essentially do a 100 point inspection on their CRM.Is it possible to create a template and have check boxes or something that when checked off unhides a frame? Or depending on the whether it’s toggled or not hides or unhides various features. I’m looking to make it really easy for my team to do. Let’s say we have 100 things we look for. Can we just toggle and essentially have these frames hide / unhide and then generate a report with that info?If miro is not the tool for this, does anyone know of other tools out there that might fit this description?Thanks a ton!

I am on my M1 Mac, my Miro desktop app started acting strange meaning the home page of the App started showing this not found message with blank screen. I uninstalled and reinstalled the latest version, still see the same behavior. Please advise.

Hi, I am currently using a version of the Weekly Traction Planning Board and would like to ask whether anyone knows how to make an icon stick to and move with the task card?I have tried grouping the icon and the task card together, but the icon disappears when you move the task card. I found that if I positioned the icon half off the task card and then grouped them, I could position my task card then double click on the icon and hit the page up key and it would appear. This works ok until I add more tasks in, which moves other task cards down. When I do this the task card moves down but the icon stays put. I can’t seem to get the icon to move with the task card.Does anyone have any tips that could help?

Hello Friends,I have a chat app that I would like to have blank Miro boards on. I would like each user to be able to create their own board and be able to save and share with others. When I look into embedding using Miro it looks like the ability is just to embed an existing board. My worry is that this would add one board that is shared amongst every user that when it’s customized it updates for everyone. I would like each user to start with their own blank board and the ability to create more. Is this possible? Thanks!

I have been creating several frames of various sizes. When I spend some time away from the board and then return to it 10 minutes later the frames have resized themselves. This has happened even when it is locked. Has this happened to anyone else and does anyone know why this is happening?
