error with number of boards

I have always had only three boards and they worked ok at free access. But a week ago one board stopped working and it bef=gan to say that i have more than three boards.. though i didnt create new boards or smth((((

@AnnaVolodina - How many team members do you have? Perhaps one of them created a fourth board.
