Hi - can my clients in China access MIRO? If so do they need VPN? So many people still at home and struggling to find a way to collaborate in workshops. Thanks

HELP!I recently resigned from my company and forgot to pass over the access of my boards to a colleague before leaving. Now that my company email address is deactivated, I can’t access Miro to share the links. Anyway that Miro will allow me temporary access so I can share my projects with my colleagues?

Hi everybody, besides my day to day work I´m running a MIRO free account for my private projects.  For some reason I had to create a Board incl. a team for one of my previous employers in the past. So in my account there is a team of 20 Users, and I´m the Team Admin.  As far as I can see, the last activities on the boards available to me are some weeks ago. But if I head over to User History I can see, that there are active users from today/yesterday within the account/ the team listed within the account.I can´t see any actual activity or board related to this activity.  What happens to them and any boards they might have created as team since I´ve left, if I delete the team/users from my account?  Thank you!Best regardsDoreen     

Hello, I have submitted the form with an integration request several days ago, but still having “integration is unavailable”. Should I wait for email from miro or what is the ETA on this process?

The colours on my board have gone very faint.  The text is also faint.  I’m not sure how it happened.  I can still work on it.  How can I fix this?

I’m heavily using Miro desktop app on my mac so I can have multiple boards open at once. The tab feature seems to be missing in the newest version… I have to search through all my boards suddenly. 

Hi there. I don't know if this is only happening here but for every image that I export using a black background (must be black) there is a white line which is annoying because I need to edit each frame that I have export and remove this line.There is a way please that someone that this from Miro and find a way to remove the white line ? Thank you Regards,Leonardo Bissoli.

When I create a text box it's not possible to apply the transparent background on it. Its default stays in White. Anyone having this same issue?

Could it be possible to lock a Shape’s proportion, but still allow it to be freely moved around the board?   Thanks - Scott

I've looked around  the references and know to customize a lot of things like adding logos and such, but still aren’t sure if I can change the height and width or add tags to the cards via web SDK   If there is a page somewhere I can look at to figure out the details of the card object creation?

How do you create a template with pre-filled cards, so that you have the option of creating the template ‘pre-filled’ or ‘blank’?

I’m trying to define a set of sticky notes for our internal use. To get all specific sticky inserted I need to identify them with an unique key. I can’t find a sticky prop to save it (like a metadata o similar); I’ve tried to use tag but it is modificable and it  hasn't any readonly information to do this (as sticky props). Have you any idea?

Hi, How do I change the date format on the card on a Kanban board as I need to show the year as well as month/day?

Opening a link of a deleted board as an owner does not give the option to restore it. It only gives this message:Sorry, the board that you are trying to access does not exist. It may have been deleted, or never existed in the first place. Please check the URL for typos or other errors.Is there some new way to restore a board?

Can I move the label associated with the object to a different position to be able to declutter the view?  In the screen below, i’d like to  move the label associated with the diamond object to the left of it to not overlap the lines coming from the right/bottom of the diamond.

Hi, We are busy to integrate Miro to our porfolio as standard application.To achieve some automation I'm stuck on following topic. We can create the team automaticly but we would like to add the owner aswell.We need to get the ID of the user by reverse lookup via UPN of user. At this moment there is a limit of 100 users to get users from the organisations. Is there any easier way by using the UPN or looking up the id of a specific user? Create the team add owneror in best case, create team based on a AD security group and add members based on members of this security group.

Hi! Please help me! I accidentally left a Miro team, how do I find the board I created in that team? I don’t know who owns that team. The contents on that board are very important. It contains the research materials and pictures I need to apply for the master's degree. So I very need it. Is there any solution?

Greetings: I have an Asus Chromebook 314, and when I load Miro, it goes into portrait mode, and I see no obvious means to change it to landscape mode. Has anyone else run into this, and is there a fix?.. Thanks,Richard.

  Hi Last year I signed up to Miro with my company address, but my subscription was being paid by me. not by the company. I have since left the company, have no access to the email address but I'm still being charged for the service. I want to continue using Miro on a new address, but I cannot remove this subscription. Can you please help me. I love the software.

Hello,I couldn’t have my guest user access the board without an account and since I didn’t want them to immediately make one, I decided to try the visitor option.  However, once were cleared FireFox caches and tested on Chrome, I could see the person as a coloured oblong with an arrow, but the person couldn’t move around hardly at all.  They could only move in a tight circle and act on objects in the area.  They couldn't pan across the board like me (the admin).  They had edit capability and was on a trackpad (tried two fingers and checked Apple trackpad setting, it was in natural).  So I can’t figure out the issue.Their macOS was up to date Monterey 12.4 and the computer is an older MacBook ( not Pro, not M1) dated after 2017 I believe.

Hello!Using the miro javascript sdk, I have built a plugin to create shape groups based on a given input. Now I would also like to create the links between shapes programmatically. Take a look at the picture below, please.The links were created manually to show what is the intended result. Since I have reference to the widgets it should somehow be possible to create links between them. But I did not find a corresponding method. Ideas how to achieve that?Thanks, Markus
