I tried to duplicate board and got message “Sorry, something went wrong”. Any idea what could be a reason of issue?

Did you try again and still get the error?

Is this a board in your own team/account or someone else’s account? E.g., from the Miroverse: https://miro.com/app/board/o9J_lQORH5M=/?fromEmbed=1

Can you duplicate other boards or just the one in particular?

If you have another team members on your team, can they duplicate it or do they get the error too?


One of my employee’s is having the same issue.  They have successfully duplicated the board in the past but now she is getting the ‘oops something went wrong message’.  They need this board duplicated for a coaching engagement that is coming up soon.

How do I get support about this issue if I am on an education plan?
