So  what’s the difference between these 2 tools ?

If I click on “1” it’s open the “3”. 
In  bottom of “3” there is a “all shapes” button (4)
If I click on “4” it’s open the full shapes list “5”. 
If I click on “2” it’s also open the full shapes list “5”. 

So  2 is just a shortcut.
