Hi! When I scan pages from a magazine or a textbook, the images are great but any text becomes completely white like it’s filtered out. Is there a feature I need to disable or is this to prevent plagiarism? 

For some reason nothing in the help or the interface tutorial teaches me what this is. What is it?

I have problems adding Miro to Trello. I have integrated them, but nothing happends when I want to add something from Miro in Trello… Nothing opends when I push the Miro-button in Trello…? 

I’ve been experiencing this for an hour now. Miro is just loading and loading but never loads in. Just checked status page shows everything is up and running but I still cannot load in anything. Thanks for the help. 

Hi, support@help.miro.com isn’t not a valid adress. How can I report a bug if I don’t have a paid account ? Since yesterday the dashboard and boards are not loading anymore on Chrome. I tried everything from this article https://help.miro.com/hc/en-us/articles/360017731413-Bugs-troubleshooting It's working on a private Chrome page and on Microsoft Edge however I cannot work with that browser on a daily basis. Also when the board cannot be open in the browser, a new tab cannot even be openned in the windows app. I have saved the log files however, since free account cannot open a ticket.Does it means that from now on I would only be able to access to my board in a private Chrome tab? Please let me know what can you do  Kind regards

Hi there,I am trying to upload an app icon that is not black filled but has just the outlines. But when I import my svg, it always turns black even if reviewing the file, it isnt.Is there any way to just delete the outline icon?How can I solve this problem? Cheers, Leonard :)Original: What miro does to it:  What it looks like on the board:  

I created a shape with some text and when I have the shape selected I get the ‘create comment’ option. When I create the comment from that shape then move the shape, the comment does not follow. When I look at my comment there is not a reference to what object the comment belongs to.I do not want to use sticky notes or pin it, I use comments to see detail info I do not want cluttering the board with a lot of text.Should be functionality that allows you to keep the comment associated to the object and when you move an object it moves with it.Anyone know how to do this?

Curious if any Miro community members out there are attending Smartsheet Engage next week; would be great to kick it at the conference, geeking out on solutions achieved via the two platforms (and whatever else you use in your technology stack). Hey there, I’ve been using Miro to help co-ordinate a small team of developers on a volunteer project for a while now. We’ve been making great use of the comment function, however a few days ago, they stopped showing up for just me, except when I’m scrolling in and out on the Miro board. I’ve tried different browsers, cleared my cache, nothing seems to fix it. We’d been using the board for a good few months before this issued arose, and none of the rest of the team seem to be suffering from it.Anyone in the community got any ideas what may be causing it?

I’m new to the program, so just finding my way around.Is it possible to hide my cursor when the board is embedded on a website? Every time I access the board to edit through the app, my name and cursor show up on the site page.I can see the show/hide collaborator arrow button, but this does not do anything for the live site.If not, then I guess it will be a hide, edit and republish jobby on the site.Many thanks!

Hi Miro community,Our plan was upgraded to enterprise recently and I was wondering why visitors cannot add their name anymore. I´m also the company admin and I have not found any settings to enable this feature again. There was no problem in the past when we were using the conultant plan. Since we are using miro with clients (anyone with the link → can edit) quite often plus with large groups the visitor-name-feature was a big plus. It would not be an alternative to invite those persons as “guests” or something else.Any ideas?Thanks!

Hi, I am trying to edit a large diagram composed of many nodes connected by lines. I want to delete and/or change some of the connection lines but they won’t let me select them by clicking. Is there some reason for this? I’m trying to delete the lines, for the record. 

Not sure if anyone else is seeing this, but when I click on the timer and enter in time, the timer box is replaced by a dark grey box. When I click away and back it reappears properly.I’m using Miro on a Windows 10 laptop via Google Chrome (latest build) and am currently sharing my screen via Zoom so not sure if it is a Zoom-Miro interaction which is causing that behavior.Kiron

Hi! I downloaded the plugin first time couple months ago, but couldn’t get the login working, so I avoided using it, but now I really could use it in my project. I tried again today and it is still not working.So I tried logging out & in to my Sketch, I removed the plugin and installed it again, but nothing helps.I have co-workers in the same Miro team who have created their Miro accounts separately to Miro (instead of using Google) and for them the plugin works. I wouldn’t want to have to create a new account just because this, especially as there is an option to use Google login, so it should work.Can anybody help? Version info:Sketch: Version 86 (142512) Plugin: 1.6.4 OS: macOS 12.3.1 (21E258) Steps:I choose the plugin & login I select “Use Google account” from the popup It asks me to choose an account and give password Then it shows Miro sign up / sign in, I choose sign in and get this: I click the sign in with Google, and then after a short processing I get this: 

Hi all, I am new to ‘Miro’ and have created a board with post-it notes and have added comments to each note. I logged out and logged back in and now I can’t see those little symbols on each note letting me know that there is a comment on that note. How to I bring these icons back or turn them on?

recently the icons in the wireframe library are quite pixelated, with fuzzy edges, screenshot attached, does anyone else experience this and how can I improve it?   

Anyone seeing weird behavior with an Open Comment ghosting when Zooming/Panning in the Board?In my case when the behavior starts, I Zoom Out and everything starts disappearing on my Board so that it is Blank.  When I reload everything is fine.  I will submit a Ticket to the Developers and report back if anything is relevant to Share with Community.Cc: @Robert Johnson 

I’ve been looking around in the community and anywhere else I could think through google, but does anyone have and ideas or experiences with game wheels for miro boards? I’m thinking something that could have a dozen or so options and it spins on the board? I’m trying to recreate “Sorry!” on Miro and looking for something to randomly select a card has been difficult and I think a game wheel would be much more re-usable. 

Hi everybody, I am working on a Miro board that is quite extensive and takes a lot of space on the screen, therefore the user might need to scroll from one side to the other to find what they want.I am wondering if it is possible to add hyperlinks that takes the user to a specific location within the board itself. More or less like we have in word when we have a very long document. This way, when they click on a specific word it takes them straight to a specific frame of the miro board they are working on.

we started of on two different boards but want to copy the content of the one (mindmaps) into the other (mindmap); simply copy-paste does not seem to work, is there another solution?

On my diagram I’m showing gridlines and want to enable “Snap to grid”, but it’s showing up as disabled. See screenshot below. Settings > Preferences > Grid > Snap to grid How do I enable it?  

Hello all,My team and I are building our SOPs and Checklists and Trainings in Notion.Can I make a Miro Board to serve as a dashboard to those assets? I think Miro would be a superior way to enter and navigate these kinds of interconnected assets. I’m think it is just as simple as hyperlinks, yeah?Thoughts?And thanks.-dan

If someone sets a boards access so that the team the board is in has no permission and specific members in the team have edit access, which permission takes precedence.
