Hi,

I had to log out from my account for some issues. But when I came back, Miro created a new account for my same e-mail. As a result, now I can not see my team or my boards.

This is my board which I sheared. When you send access to the author, the permission mail will come to my inbox. However, I can not see this board on my miro account

@Marina hello! I have the same issue i guess.  I had 1 account it was a paid one. Then my card expired and for some time the account was free. And now i’m trying to get to my boards. But nothing is there. Can you please suggest any help?
