Jira Program Board - Swimlane titles rendering as 'Uncategorized'

I’m having an issue where the swimlane titles are all rendering as 'Uncategorized'.

I can work out the grouping by the cards that are showing, so that side of it is working. I just don;t know why the swimlane titles aren’t working. Any ideas?
