I am currently trying to link a private, published Adobe XD link into a Miro board, where I have the Adobe XD integration installed. Because the link is private, Miro directs me to login to Adobe; however, before I can enter my login information I am redirected to a page with the following error: This seems more like an Adobe error, and I’ve already contacted them, but was wondering if anyone else has had this issue and was able to troubleshoot.
I already sent a request on this issue, but other people might be experiencing the same thing, so I’m sharing it here as well.I have a board with a lot of wireframes, many of which use grouped shapes to draw calendars, dropdowns, etc.Well, it had been about a month or so since I opened that board, and I had a very unpleasant surprise: all shapes that were placed on top or inside grid elements got “reset”: two dots black border, empty filling, black and center-aligned text.So if you have a board that uses the grid element, or has things on top of grid elements, your stuff might be messed up too.
Hi there, Is it possible to turn autocorrect off in the Miro app? It’s hard to get back to edit a text while autocorrect crosses out with red wavy lines the whole text. I’m typing in english in Miro, might be that everything gets crossed out with red because my laptop has and it is set to hungarian keyboard? Thanks,Schumi
“Your browser's zoom level is not set to 100%, which may cause the board to display incorrectly.”This message continues to display at the top of the miro application (--not via the website access--), even after ensuring that my perspective on both my computer and my app are adjusted to full, regular perspective (not zoomed in/out), and even after restarting the app.(Also, I don’t know why I can’t get rid of this designated related topic: “Problems reassigning nodes”, which is from a previous inquiry of mine.)Thanks!DQ
I add the Google extension. When adding my board, it gives a prompt to choose sharing settings. I set my board to “anyone with a link can edit”. That does not require a person to sign in. The prompt for the Google invite states that “All invitees can edit” requires a sign in. Clarification?
Hello!I use SnagIt to get a screenshot and then I simply use Copy & Paste to get the screenshot in Miro. Idealy I don’t want to show the whole screenshot on my miro board, because it takes to much space. I would love to have a thumbnail of the graphic, but still have to possibility later to enlarge / see the whole graphic / screenshot. Is there a way to achieve that?ThanksGeorg
Is there a way to automatically load JIRA relationships (eg. "blocks", "depends on", etc.) into Miro?
Being able to import existing Jira cards into Miro, as well as creating/editing Jira cards from within Miro is a really awesome feature. One thing that’s missing for me is the ability to visualise and/or manage relationships between Jira cards from within Miro (and ideally visualise them as “connecting arrows” between cards in a miro board). Is anything like this possible?
I’m super excited about the new XD integration, since it helps update all my team mates. Unfortunately the synchronisation doesn’t work properly. I need to mark every single XD artboard to update them update only worked with the first single-updated artboard. Since then nothing happens, when I click on the XD button why is there the reload button? It confused me, because I thought, I need to click on this in order to update my artboard. Please fix! :-)
I had two FREE accounts with Miro (one personal and one business). I recently shared all the boards from my “personal” account (as I couldn’t just share an individual board) with my work colleagues for them to look at. They accessed it by logging into our FREE ‘business’ account. Unfortunately, the three boards from my personal account then replaced the three boards that were already there in the business account as you are only allowed a maximum of three boards. I had expected them to be able to view my personal board without that happening and now important work we had previously created collaboratively in our “business” account has been lost. Why is this and can that work ever be recovered? We would love to upgrade to a paid plan and have more than 3 boards but our management won’t give us sign off and are insisting we use Microsoft Whiteboard instead which is woefully inadequate and nowhere near as good as Miro!! My colleagues are now reluctant to use Miro at all (even the F
Hi!I’m working together with a group of people in Miro. I would like to assign multiple people to 1 card. I think you can only assign 1 person per card now, is that correct? If it is not yet possible to assign multiple people to a card then I would like to see that appear as a function in the (near) future.
