Hi, I have created one set of clusters. Now I have a new set of stickies that are tagged and need to be included in the existing clusters [the tags are the same]. I tried this but it creates new clusters with the same cluster titles. Any solution for this?
Hi, Miro ( Hope anyone from the Team will see it, cause free plan users don’t have full value support).About two days long I started have a problem with my boards downloading.I use mostly desktop version and any of my 3 free boards can’t fully download (online version has the same trouble, and yes I’ve tried all the solutions you provides at troubleshooting page). I could relate it up with the boards sizes or a number of people working with me, but at least one of my board is pretty simple (has no pinned docs, heavy files, etc) and have the same problem, and there are no people have an access to any of my boards. So what should I do? Is there any hope that everything starts working as before?There wasn’t such a problem till about the 8th of December. Every board worked fast and smooth.Thanks in advance for your reply and help.
Has anyone else had a situation where a board is showing as updated when you maximize (or magnify) the view, but then reverts back to the old version when it goes back to normal size? Also, some of my boards dont even give me the option of updating. I have to delete and then upload again.
This is SOOO frustrating: I am a consultant. I would like to pay for any level of subscription at all so that I can make my own boards and do some work. I’ve been an invite member of client teams at times. I’m now a visitor/ guest of a client team (whether it is guest or visitor is not indicated; rather there is a message that I am not a part of that team). There is no option to request to be added to their team. There is also no option to create my own team or to view a subscription or to make a new subscription or to upgrade or create a team or a project.For the love of science, will you please take my money so I can use the tool? This is BONKERS! I CAN’T EVEN PAY TO BECOME A CUSTOMER AND GET SOME HELP!
Hi there, I can see this has been an ongoing request for 2 years (?). Is there an update at all of when this product feature will be rolled out? It seems to be a great blocker for many people including myself and my team. Any update on this is appreciated.Thanks
Hello, I am trying to recover this board: https://miro.com/app/board/o9J_lR6hXvU=/ but unfortunately it seems as if it has been removed or sharing access has been removed. I am the original owner of this board, so I am unsure how this happened. Could you please help me recover this?Thanks a lot!Lauren
Until this morning, cutting and pasting from Word would result in a text block on a Miro board.Now it’s pasting as an image.I have rebooted Miro, same problem.From other sources, eg web pages, it still pastes as text - only Word seems to have changed its behaviour as a source.Is this a known issue? Did something just change with Word?
I am comparing 2 products: LucidChart and Miro. I prefer the Miro UI, but unfortunately, to use basic ERD symbols, I have to upgrade and double my subscription price. I do not need team boards, voting, polling, collaboration or SSO. I also do not need so-called advanced diagramming shapes. I only need normal ERD notation, like crow’s feet. LucidChart, and most others, offer this without a business plan. Is there an alternative on Miro, as I feel Miro’s UI is superior.Thank you!Brian

I’m experiencing problems with loading the dashboard in the Chrome browser. In Safari everything is working fine, but in Chrome it keeps on showing the loading icon. Does anyone know how to solve this? I updated my Macbook to the latest MacOS (Ventura 13.2.1)
I used to be able to copy objects, but now when I try to copy an object (postit note, box, groups, anything but text) Miro ignores the action.If I try to copy an object and paste, the item I previously copied (sometimes from other apps) is pasted.If I copy text from the same Miro board it works, but I cannot copy any objects.I am the team admin so I have appropriate (edit) access on all boards.I am on a Mac, the desktop app works but I prefer working with Miro in the browser.
