Hej Miro Enthusiast,

I am in a situation for which I haven’t found a solution yet.

My company is switching their authentication towards an e-mail based one. For now, I have authenticated myself with Slack SSO and thhus need to change this.

For some reason I am unable to switch my mail-address nor set-up a password.

Any help or thought on this out there?

Best from Hamburg, Germany,

Lukas

@Lukas Beck - If you have not already, I would suggest that you reach out to Miro support.

If this solution doesn’t work for you, please reach out to the Miro Customer Support team directly by following the instructions in the How to Contact Miro Support Help Center article

It would also be helpful for the rest of the community if you were to come back here and share what the Support team told you.

Hey Robert,

thanks for reminding me. I actually did that, however, it was unnecessary. Due to some fiddeling around with the settings I got it running.

To disable my SSO with Slack, I just set a passwort. With this I was able to login with my given mail-address and to unhook my Slack from Miro.

Afterwards, I simply changed my mailaddress to the target I needed.

Have a great start into the week.

Cheers,

Lukas
