Sticky notes wouldn't stay where I move them to

Hello,

I am trying to move sticky notes within my frame but they wouldn’t stay where I leave them. They would jump to a different place in the frame but the one I wanted to in first place. Also if I delete one sticky note and create new one which I would like to place at the end of the list, the new one jumps in the place of the deleted one in the middle of the frame.

Could you please help?
